Capítulo 26: (26) Meldir's Past.

There was a village, in a small beast kingdom north of here, and that was the Golden Wolves Village.

Golden wolves are one of the weakest tribes. We don't have physical strength like the Lizardmen nor magic like the fox tribe.

Our only special ability was our vision, which was not compared to that of hawks, but had incredible perception.

Unlike seeing from afar, we could focus on several things at once. It's easy for golden wolves to see multiple arrows or tricky strikes.

But it was no use seeing if we couldn't dodge it, and that's why it would be a useless power for us. But it was still an incredible power for whoever could use it.

One day, an A-rank monster, a terrible giant spider, attacked our village. I was with my parents at the time, and our house was destroyed by just one of the spider's legs.

We were going to be devoured.

However, a heroine emerged.

A beautiful woman with white hair and a magician's outfit managed to kill the spider with a single blow.
