Capítulo 57: Despute with a noble part 3
After hearing the shout Max turn around. He was now smiling but Peter felt a shiver down his spine. He felt that this will not end well. The people that came were all from the Firefly family. The man leading them was very similar in appearance to Tom. It was one of his uncles. His name was Terry, and he was also in the level of knight. Behind him were a few knight apprentices of high levels. The highest of them was at the 8th knight apprentice level. It was impressive.
Max looked at this group and said: "What do you want?"
Terry did not even try to speak with Max and rushed towards him. The knight's guard commander did not even have a chance to say anything. Valeria got a little more vigilant. It was still a knight level figure. She felt the power of this man. When you were on a higher level of power then your enemy you could feel their strength by instinct. It was not precise, but it was better than nothing.
Max sighed and said to his group: "Look and learn."
After that he ran towards Terry. Max was not armed while Terry had a sword. When Terry saw this, he smiled maliciously. He wanted to cut this guy to pieces. After that torture all of his company and rape this woman behind him. He was infuriated by the fact that their duke family was humiliated in such way by a commoner.
Max also started to smile. He learned a few movement skills from the assassin class, and he wanted to get this retard to feel them. When he was in a distance of around 5 meters from Terry, he used shadow step and flashed in front of Tom's uncle and punched his face with all of his strength. Terry did not expect this at all and was hit in the face and was sent flying. Max did not let him go and started to use different assassin movement skills to himself around Terry and hit him. At the second hit he disarmed Terry and sent him flying again. After that it was a harsh beating. Terry flew from place to place with Max flashing around him and hitting his body. At some moment the crowd that saw the fight heard sounds of bones cracking. Max was slowly breaking this man down. After around a minute of intense beating Terry hit the floor with blood leaking down from his mouth, eyes and ears.
Max stopped and started to walk towards his group, getting ready to get away.
Suddenly he heard a shout from the hardly beaten down Terry: "Kill him!"
All of his subordinates did not think twice. They got their weapons out and ran towards Max.
Max exhaled and just ran towards those men. He did the same trick as he did with Terry but now his aim was not to punish, but to demolish. The first knight apprentice tried to defend because he saw what happened before, but he got his hand exploded together with his head. Max then flashed away to the other people. One of them was kicked up and blown up by a fireball, the other one was caught off guard when he was running towards Max when Max flashed before him and with a kick broke the guy into two. His spine cracked and his head hit his legs. After that Max punched his head that exploded with brain matter flying all around. There were five high level knight apprentices that were killed brutally in a very short time. They were blasted to death by magic or killed by getting their spine crashed or head exploded. Or both. Terry looked at this picture with despair. They were his hard cultivated subordinates. It will weaken their family in a drastic way.
Max said only one thing: "If other retards want to come and try me, they are welcomed. I will kill every one of them."
He did not wait for a reply and just went towards the academy. The onlookers let Max and his company to pass. No one tried to stop him. They got the point.
When Max went out of view Terry asked Peter in a weak and tired voice: "Why did you not help?" They were not in the best relationship with each other, but they were not enemies.
Peter snorted and said: "Why did you attack him? He wanted to leave. You forced him to act. I don't care about the fact that he is a commoner. It is Mad Max. I don't want to die. He did you a favour for not killing you. He even spared the kid. Only teaching him a lesson. You know that Tom is not an angel right. I'm sure that if Max did not want to live here, we would all just die today."
Peter did not even try to help them. He snorted, turned around and just left. The duke family relatives just laid there in a daze. They offended this crazy maniac. Tom was shaking with fear. Terry was just sad by their loss. He knew that they could not ask for compensation from the person that saved their country from huge losses. He knew that the king will for sure take them down if Max came and asked for it. Max was a needed power boost for their country and a danger for the hostile countries around.
While the duke family was getting their members away from the street Max and company arrived towards the academy. Valeria asked Max about those techniques that he used but Max said to her and everyone else that he will reveal those techniques only to those that will be with him for a long amount of time, and he could trust them. They got the fact that those techniques were dangerous in the wrong hands. Derek and Rey also listened. They got the fact that Max will show them those techniques when they earned his trust. They were fine with that. When they saw the academy buildings, they got excited to what was about to come.
