Axel spent most of his time studying about the world and increasing his knowledge about different cultures, languages, and histories. "By description, the user can touch an individual and the target must be a human being and whisper the words "love" within his mind. After whispering and waiting for two seconds, the target will be marked with an invisible "L" signature. This signature can be seen by Nen users with exorcist abilities but not ordinary nen users via "gyo"."
"The target marked with an "L" signature will be able to mark others without intention as long as they kiss, have a sexual relationship, or deep friendship as well as a handshake with others."
"If the target is an ordinary individual, the target will be giving 1% of daily regenerated soul power or life power to "User (Axel)" and will not notice it other than feeling a little bit tired."
"If the target is a nen user, the target will be giving %0.1 of daily regenerated soul power or life power to "User" and can not notice it other than feeling a little bit tired."
"When a user kills a living being, human or not, the user takes %0.1 of the total soul power of the target to himself, improves his physical power and nen volume, as well as nen power in general."
"The user is also able to mark the corpses of human beings with the "Death" tag to gain %0.1 of resentment nen for cursing purposes."
