Madeline couldn't deny how weak she felt by bringing one flower to life. She could swear she felt her zeal in her energy leaving through her arms, almost electrifyingly, and it was surreal that she could hardly believe it. As tired as she was, she felt undeniably excited too.

"I'm going to keep this with me, as a memory of your first success." Monica commented as she walked in front with Osvaldo by her side. She held the healthy rose like it was some kind of treasure that she had picked along the way. 

Amused by it, It made Madeline wonder how many years it must have been for the people of Whitebridge to live without seeing any signs of flowers during spring. Currently, Osvaldo and Monica were leading them to a portal they would use to reach the home they had planned for Cassian and Madeline.
