 By late afternoon, Madeline and Cassian were set to leave and continue their journey. Amade's wife handed Madeline a lunch box filled with warm delicacies, and Madeline received the lunchbox with a smile of gratitude. 

"I don't know how long it'll take to get to Whitebrige city's capital, so please keep this with you in case you feel hungry on the way there." Amade's wife said after Madeline had received it, and the young woman bowed her head appreciatively before smiling broadly.

"Thank you, your home gave us enough warmth and energy we needed to continue on our journey. I shall be grateful to you for your kindness." 

Amade's wife acknowledged her earnest words but made no statement.
