Up ahead of the watcher, Eve hears the distant harsh bark of the baboon…she hears the shrieks of battle roll down the rocks and into the narrow gully that she has taken refuge in. Almost in a self-induced trance she leaves her place of hiding and starts to move along the rocky floor of the gully…her mind filled with visions of the things Father showed her…his words hammering at her…over and over again.

/"The world is not yet ready for you Eve…they will kill you for you are different…you Eve are special…you are one of a kind./"

Lost in her own world she no longer hears the sounds of rage and battle, but moves forward towards the face of the rocky crags that tower ahead of her…the surfaces smooth from age…unaware of her surroundings.
