The hospital released Grandpa Bob. He had to do cardiac rehab, change his diet, and lose weight per the doctor’s orders. Coop, Larissa, and I had other matters to deal with at school. Our school thought it would be a great idea to send the senior class on a ski trip.

There are two reasons this is a terrible idea. One, none of us knew how to ski. Two, who would let us loose in a ski resort? Have you met us? Coop cherry bombs the toilets, a mob of girls chase me, and the banshees always try to take on Larissa. I see mass destruction in the future.

/"This idea is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of,/" Coop said, looking at the permission slip. /"Who would send us to a ski resort?/"

/"Stupid people,/" I said as a girl landed on the ground past us.

/"Isn’t that one banshee?/"

We looked at the girl on the ground.

/"It’s one. I expect another one to come flying towards us./"
