Apartment hunting

Paige and I apartment hunted. We also needed to downsize. Who the hell needs four couches and two chairs? I’d be okay living in a tent, but Paige already vetoed that idea. Trust me. I already offered it up. She said no. Fun police.

We checked out different apartments. One was a dump. The other one, I didn’t know what they were thinking. The third one was a closet. I’m not kidding. It was someone’s closet. After the seventh one, my left eye twitched.

Finally, we found a decent size, and it wasn’t a damn closet or a roach-infested hole. I’ll hurt Bob for suggesting these places. One day, mark my word. I will hurt him. God, I hope his spawn doesn’t turn out like him.

After checking it out, we took it. We signed a lease, and now it was time to enlist help.
