Britney sat at the dining table, waiting for Christopher. When she saw him walking down the stairs, she smiled and approached him.

"You are ready. That's great. Come and eat now." She held his hand.

"Britney…" Christopher stopped her from taking him along. "It is already late. I got to go now."

He drew his hand back, but she locked her arm with his.

"Oh, come on, Chris… Today is Saturday." She pouted a little, faking annoyance. "You don't have to reach the office at sharp 9 o'clock. You are now the boss. You are not required to report to Dad."

At the end of the last sentence, she laughed.

"Eat with me." She dragged him over to the table.

Christopher felt it would be impolite to refuse her, so he sat down to eat.

"When is Abigail coming back?" she asked, looking at him curiously.
