Capítulo 78: Not Alone

Selena's POV

"Selena, get in!" I heard Stanley's voice right after I got off the bus, and I couldn't believe he was waiting for me near the bus stop.

"No, thanks, my dad is on his way to pick me up," I responded as I turned my head away from him and looked at the road, hoping my dad had arrived.

"Are you sure about that? You better switch on your phone so you will read Mike's message for you!" He shouted, and I wondered why he knew I turned off my phone due to my irritation with his brother for not replying to my text messages.

I frowned as I picked up my phone inside my bag and pressed the power button, and he was right. I got a message from my father that he had some emergencies and told me he asked Stanley to pick me up at the bus stop.
