Capítulo 27: I Felt Special

Selena's POV

I found my father with Gwen waiting for us at the back of our house under the mango tree and I could tell Stanley wasn't joking when he told me he brought us food.

There was so much food and I felt guilty that he had to ask their kitchen staff to prepare all the food found on the table for my family.

"You better sit down now, Selena, I am sure Uncle Mike and Gwen are already hungry." He said and I shook my head. I found it amusing that most of the time he will call my dad Mr. Castroni, but sometimes he loved calling him Uncle Mike.

I could see Santa Clara delicacies laid out on the table while my mouth watered when I saw the corned beef with many onions on top of it, scrambled eggs, ham, hotdogs, and bread freshly baked from their oven. A lot of fruits, including bananas, mango, and watermelon.

I felt so full, and I found it hard to move, yeah, I become lazy after eating.
