"I am so sorry!" the elder woman sobbed as soon as the door was opened. "I don't know any other doctor close by. Please, can you help, Mr. Ivarsson?"

Already disguised in their other personas, Ryan threw Aiden a side look before he beamed at Ásynja with a kind smile, "Of course. Would you like to come in?"

They expected Ásynja to walk right in, but she shook his head instead.

"I need you to come with me somewhere."

"Can I come, too?" Isilda asked.

Despite initial hesitation, Ásynja ended up saying, "It might be a shocking sight for pregnant women, I am afraid that..."

"I can take it," Isilda interrupted the elder lady. "Let's go."

Ásynja took them to another apartment in the same residential building. It was located on the ground floor. They knew which apartment it was before they even arrived due to the whimpering sounds that came from the wounded person.

Once they opened the door, the whimpering sounds turned into groans and cries.
