Liam screamed like a piglet that was about to be grilled alive.

The reason for his frantic screeches was an adult Pitbull that loomed over him, covering him in its shadow.

The one who brought the dog was Ryan Caldwell, who was covered in snow from head to toe. The same thing went for the dog.

As soon as Aiden and Zane arrived at the scene, the dog started to bark violently.

Aiden was shocked to see the dog in Liam's little house, but he was even more shocked to see Ryan.

"Why are you here?" he asked, dumbfounded.

"Should I not be here?" Ryan countered his lover's question with another question.

Aiden's lips parted slightly, but no answer came out. He wanted to say that Ryan was supposed to go back home to spend the weekend with his adopted son, but he feared that as soon as the words left his lips, Ryan would truly leave.
