Newly born rabid vampires were consumed by nothing but bloodlust. Their thirst superseded their fear of higher-level vampires. All they cared about was taking a gulp of blood.

Before Aiden could stop them, the vampirized villagers took a bite at the two human children who willingly delivered themselves to their arms.

Aiden and his group of rabid vampires lunged at the villagers. Aiden and Victor kicked at the children's vampirized parents and freed the bleeding children from their grip. Alas, it was too late for them.

One bite was all it took to sever their lifelines. Half of their necks were ripped out, leaving a bloody gash that not even the best doctor in the world could fix.

The boy and girl had their eyes wide open in astonishment. Their tears had yet to run dry, but their innocent lives had been snuffed out.

"ARGHHHHHH!!!"
