"Such a worrywart," He Juan teased, though the smile did not reach his eyes at all. He glanced at the rearview mirror again and saw the car speeding up to chase after him. His lips couldn't help but twitch. "I'm sorry, Xiao Ze. Something came up," he said with genuine regret. "It seems like you will have to wait a little while longer for the cake. But don't worry, Gege will not take long."
