Capítulo 410: The Last Meeting

The resolution of the Novatio issue was abrupt and lacking in closure, as one of Novatio's deceased members has become scapegoated. The remaining members of the SDC held firm to the belief that the leader of Novatio was the member who stabbed Florence and successfully flew away from Richard's squad. Despite the absence of any eyewitnesses to the man's demise, they were convinced that Allen was the one who killed it.

Hector didn't say anything to the others that he was the one who killed the man. Either he chose not to disclose this information or was unable to do so due to its connection to his investigations within the academy as a member of the Wildenhall Kingdom's 13th Division.

Hector asked Dema Pandita, "Could Allen have organized all of this Novatio thing?" His realization that the individual appointed as the Novatio leader was merely a scapegoat led him to infer that Allen was concealing the true leader of Novatio.
