The arrow dashed right through Draven, who was engrossing himself with his summoning.

Draven's instinct was screaming since the arrow's path targeted his brain. Even Draven was not certain that if his brain stopped working, he would be completely dead, or he could be resurrected from the dead. No matter what the result may be, he would not test it.

He experienced dying once, and he does not want to experience it anymore.

However, he only watched as the arrow's point moved at him, as though the world worked slowly. Time seemed to stop, as even the charging small skeletons in front of him might take minutes to reach their skeletal fist on him.

Suddenly, a small skeleton, probably much smaller than the charging skeleton before him, was materializing as though it was not bounded by the slowed time of the world.
