"Only a senseless man would reject a gorgeous woman like you. Don't you agree, princess?" A smirk came across his face as he stared, looking at her closely as if there was a hard nut on her face he was trying his possible best to crack.

Princess Mariah cleared her throat, a blush slowly became visible on her cheek. "Don't think you can make me blush by saying that."

"I don't mean to," he said, his voice coming out almost defensively, as though he pledged not to admit to a crime he was told to have committed. "I said more than enough to flatter you before, why are you flattered just by that right now?"

The princess smiled at his response before taking a step forward. Lucifel followed suit, his face immediately turning into a completely expressionless one but as soon as she stopped walking and turned back to him, his emotionless face turned into a lively one instead.
