"We met again," Mei Lin spoke as she stretched her hand towards Li Xia. Li Xia looked at her then at Mei Lin's extended hand and hesitantly grabbed onto Mei Lin's hand.

Mei Lin's grip was hard and tight, forcing Li Xia to wince as her hand was crushed between Mei Lin's hands. Mei Lin stepped closer to her as she whispered menacingly in Li Xia's ear.

"You made the wrong decision of coming here, Li Xia," Mei Lin's voice whispered through Li Xia's ear, making Li Xia look into her eyes. She could see Mei Lin's eyes burning with hatred as they pierced straight into Li Xia.

"Luo Yuan uncle is waiting for you," Mei Lin said with a smile as she let go of Li Xia's hand.

"Let's go Li Xia, let's meet Old man," Luo Yuan offered his arm towards Li Xia. With a pang of guilt, Li Xia looked at him before turning her gaze to Mei Lin. She then took his arm and followed Luo Yuan.
