Evelyn's eyes went wide when she heard this.

She hurriedly stepped out of the secret room.

She used her hands so fast that she didn't think she did before this.

"Your Majesty should go and lie down on the bed hurriedly."

Evelyn said when she heard the footsteps across the gallery. At the same time, she was hanging the painting on the wall.

When Evelyn saw the guard, her hands were trembling fiercely but she maintained a calm expression on her face.

The maid who was standing behind the guard looked shocked when she saw Evelyn and said furiously

"You were clearly not here when I came a few moments ago. I checked everywhere but you were not…"

The guard's eyes on Evelyn were full of suspicion when he heard the maid.

Evelyn swallowed in nervousness but smiled tightly as she said

"I was in the bathroom. Did you check the bathroom?"
