Qin Huai's vision blurred. The giant tree in front of him and She Wanshan appeared to crumble, seemingly replaced by a spectrum of other colors.
As he slowly lifted his gaze, the enigmatic bronze earth reemerged, its intricate indentations forming an expansive pattern stretching into the distance. He even thought he saw numerous figures.
"I think Brother She can eat the meat without worry," he spoke, although She Wanshan had dissolved in his sight, his figure blending with the trees, rocks, and ferocious beasts.
And then, the world faded into nothingness.
Qin Huai's vision completely dissolved, and he was submerged in darkness, devoid of light or sound. He felt like a lost child adrift in a fathomless sea, floating in endless obscurity. Whether a year or an instant passed, he couldn't tell.
