**Olivia POV
Everything went better than I dared to hope. It helped having Ellis around. If he knew anything, it was how to manage a large project. Paying attention to every aspect.
He had it all from the games to the cakes, planned out. The event went swimmingly, and a great time was had by all.
As the credits on the second movie rolled, the energy level of the guests was starting to ebb. A few yawns started to show among the young ones. Despite their objections they weren’t tired.
It was a classic tactic to avoid going to bed, I’d seen with both Kevin and Ken. Hope still mostly slept when the mood took. She was already snoozing when the guests were guided back through the house to the main doors.
“I think it’s bedtime,” Ellis said.
“Not tired,” Ken whined, before a big yawn.
“Really?” Ellis asked.
“It’s okay,” Kevin said, playing like he was a man, “I’ll take him.”
“Not tired,” Ken said again, losing the ability to form complete sentences.
