Capítulo 25: THE CABIN
They soon set out for the village, but the road ahead was quite long.
Tylos carried Elise on his shoulder as they walked down the path and was followed by Gwydion and Lariat who were walking together a little way off, Tylos leering at them with a bit of suspicion, but they didn't seem to be up to anything at the moment.
The breeze was blowing gently, and as Elise whistled softly, Tylos realized that the melody mingled with the breeze like a song.

Elise surprised said:

- It can't be... that's not true... every living being has energy in itself, although it doesn't manifest it in any way and we can perceive it from inanimate beings, and for someone like you, it would be impossible to hide it.
- That's true, that's why I can't come to a conclusion about it… but well since we're going to do it, it doesn't seem to be evil so for now everything is fine.

Tylos turned to see Elise smiling and saying "maybe they don't know we're listening to everything", Elise started laughing and both wizards turned to look at her and especially Lariat who was blushing and as embarrassed as she was angry.

The others gasped because Elise had asked them bluntly just like that.

Elise got off Tylos's shoulder, reached over and put her hands on his chest and said with a kind smile on her face:

While everyone laughed, they kept going until noon without problems, but it was then that a breeze started to blow, but it didn't seem common, Elise tried to communicate, but it seemed something sinister.

Then Gwydion took his cane and took a sip from a bottle that he took out of his tunic and after spitting he shouted: "reveal yourself", immediately after which the leaves that the wind brought began to calcinate and fell to the ground, then they approached and with Horrified, they observed that they were the eyes of animals and people that quickly began to rot and released a nauseating smell, added to this the old wizard approached and hit the ground with his cane and crimson magic emanated from the eyes.
Lariat uncertainly asked:
- Is this the malice you've always told me about?

- I'm afraid you probably can't come back with us.

Lariat with tears coming out of his eyes, he advanced towards where the putrefying eyes were, trying to dispel his suspicions.

Tylos yelled loudly as he pushed Lariat out of the way, then unleashed a blast of energy that destroyed needle-like clots of blood heading her way as he ran toward the scorched eyes.

At dusk Tylos set out to secure the area and look for some food, he began by placing his sound traps to alert him of any movement near them and then he decided to leave to hunt something.
- I'll go away for a moment, take care of Elise.

Tylos looked around without being able to find where he provided the voice to which Gwydion said:

Tylos left the cabin and closed the door, however, nothing was happening, he could see it perfectly, but when he got far enough away and turned to see the forest and again towards the cabin, it was gone, so he ran towards the direction where he had come from and he found nothing, no solid object, there was just nothing, how was it possible he wondered if he just looked away a little, that it was invisible was understandable, but it simply disappeared.
A cane across the back from him almost stunned him with an angry phrase that said:

Tylos ran out trying to touch what is supposed to be the outside of the cabin, and he fell covered in mud trying to touch nothing, his astonishment was impressive.

Lariat with his staff threw a lot of water at him with a spell, leaving him soaked with what he added.
- Thsss what bad taste, I won't let you in that dirty, at least clean the water when you enter understood… this place is special.
Tylos walked slowly through the door, and before closing it he felt a chill, and then the doorway was gone.
