"Said who?" I spun on my heels to give Benedito a dirty glare as he held Booger who was licking his hands. 

"Said common sense, they have no grip. Wear the sneakers I bought for you they have grip," he sighed then placed Booger down as he ran around the closet whilst squeaking his chewy little bull. 

"Benedito," I chuckled and shook my head, "these boots right here are the shoes you want if you want to get the job done. These boots right here built America during the gold rush ol'son. These boots right here-"

"Will get you another hip operation when you slip off. Wear your sneakers Barbie," he grabbed them from one of the shelves and threw them at me.
