It was still early evening as the sounds of urgent footfalls could be heard in the woods. This wasn't the Calanthian; the ground was much more rocky and the fir and pine trees were far more sparse. But that sparseness only meant the woman needed to move deeper in until the trees would finally offer the cover she needed. However faintly, the castle was still in view and Rose had no desire to be seen right now.
It took a while longer, but eventually she finally made it to a place that felt safe. Her divination-repelling relic had been active ever since she left her room so even Sabrina shouldn't have been able to notice she's gone. But chances were, she wouldn't even bother keeping track of her. Everyone back in the castle had far too much going on for them to bother keeping tabs on Rose but… well, she'd rather be cautious and play things safe.
Ooooo, the spooky man is here~~~ Not really, he still won't be present for the forseeable future, but I wanted to intoduce Levias as I felt like his presence has been forshadowed enough to at least warant an introduction. Any more info on him will remain hidden for now though, so you feel free to let your imagination run wild! As a teaser though, I'll say that his aspect is kinda cool~
Anyways, I had fun writing this! Hopefully the change of perspective wasn't too jaring and this just helped give a new pov on stuff that's happening. And don't worry, we'll get back to what's going on with Dahlia real soon~
And as always, I hope you're having a wonderful day!
