Capítulo 141: Ending a long night
Needless to say, Aeneas Vasiliev was not having the best day. In fact, the man couldn't recall a worse day in recent memory. Dreadful memories had resurfaced, his ego was crushed as others witnessed him break down, and now even his subterfuge and trickery had been brought to light and may as well be a guillotine hanging over his throat.
He had originally come along to this meeting not out of a sense of obligation to the empire, but instead because it felt like an ideal opportunity to take advantage of Valentina's weaknesses. Now, the tables had turned and he was struggling to see how things could have gone worse than they already had. If there was one silver lining though, it was that Aeneas wasn't a fool and he was more than familiar enough with how to make something good from a bad situation. Now all he needed to do was seize the opportunity.

AngelAsphodel As you might have noticed from the second half of the chapter I craved cuddly times!!!I Sometimes feel bad because I feel like I don't give the characters enough time to properly develop, so I try to include these relaxed moments here and there. But also, I include them because I'm also just naturally a cuddly kind of person and sometimes I just get in a mood that demands it.
Next chapter should be R18, but unlike the usual scenes, this one is planned to be a lot gentler and more loving, so we'll see how that goes. I hope you enjoyed and look forward to what's to come!
