Capítulo 58: Psychotic

Later that evening Miguel decided to go over to Helen's place to smooth things over with her.

"Are you going to let me in or are we going to stand out here engaging in a staring competition?" Miguel impatiently asked when Helen didn't make any move to step away from the door after she opened it.

Helen rolled her eyes as she stepped away from the door allowing him inside.

"I'm going to make this quick. I'm getting married to Gemma," Miguel said going straight to the point.

Nothing prepared Helen for the bomb that Miguel just dropped on her. She had been expecting him to say he is sorry for taking Gemma to his home. Anything but not that he is getting married to her.

"I'm sorry, what did you just say?" Helen asked, her face and voice conveying how shocked she was.

Miguel inhaled deeply, "Gemma and I are getting married in less than two weeks."

Helen gasped in shock. "You are joking right?"
