Capítulo 24: Yes, I Will Get Out

"You really think too highly of yourself! Who the fuck do you think you are? Do you think I don't have a taste? I would rather jump off a mountain than like you. Gross. It's even more disgusting that you actually thought I would ever like a man like you. Disgusting!"

"I doubt any woman would ever like you. The princess is really dumb for loving you. You're not worth her affection at all. "

She scoffed in irritation, and Luthiel pinched between his brows in deep stress.

"Your voice is making my head hurt. If you are done babbling, please get out."

He pushed her and she sneered with an arrogant expression on her face.

"Yes, I will get out!" She rolled her eyes at him and proceeded to leave, but as though her attention was grabbed by something, she halted and turned around to look at him.

"What?" Luthiel asked, confused as to why she was staring so intently at him.

"Oh my God!! You look amazing! I didn't even notice until now!!" She quickly rushed towards him and grabbed his belly.

"Hey! What are you-"

"Oh my, your abs are beautiful! And what are these scars? They look really attractive."

She complimented and gently caressed his belly to feel them.

Luthiel's eyes blinked furiously, and he immediately pushed her away, having never been touched this roughly and randomly by anyone.

"Don't touch me again!" He warned her, and Yennefer's lips curled up into a smirk.

"Beautiful face, hot body. Nice! Maybe you are not so bad after all."

She chuckled softly and, definitely creeped out by her audacity, Luthiel stormed towards her and grabbed her by the arm.

He pulled her towards the door and threw her out once he pushed the doors open.

The guards shut the door afterward, and he let out a deep breath, having never met a woman this wild.

She has no ladylike manners at all!

He shook his head and quickly put on his shirt.

—————-

"Idiot." Yennefer scoffed and made her way back to her chamber.

She stepped inside and shut the door behind her.

She looked around the room, and suddenly she snapped her fingers, causing the candle lights to light up.

Her eyes fluttered rapidly, and a huge smile emerged on her face.

She absolutely didn't think it would work, but who knows? It turns out she can use magic as well.

If she ever told Andy that real magic like this existed, would he believe her?

She thought and recalling him, a sort of cynical breath exited her nose.

She actually misses him a lot.

A soft chuckle fled her mouth, and she quickly shook her head, not wanting to think of anything that would make her sad.

She walked towards the table and took her seat.

She gazed intently at the books on the table, and as though urged by something, she abruptly picked up one of the books and opened it.

She flipped through the pages, and a bit of a bewildered expression emerged on her face on seeing what was in the book.

It was in a language that she couldn't read and the drawings on it were quite odd looking, unlike anything she had ever seen.

"What... are these?" She asked, unsure why anyone would keep such a book for her.

A slight frown settled in between her brows and she proceeded to shut the book, however, the sudden wind of voices that flew past her ears had her halt in chills.

For reasons she couldn't tell, the voices just now had sent chills up her body, and, without being told, she could tell that it wasn't good.

"Who's there?" She asked and quickly turned around to look in the direction where the voices came from.

Her eyes fluttered in puzzlement on seeing no one and thinking maybe it was just imagination or something, she returned back to what she was doing.

"That was weird." She said, and before she could even open the book again, the voices ranged through her head again, and the sword rack in her room abruptly fell to the floor.

She immediately turned around and, knowing that this was definitely not her imagination this time around, she slowly stood up from the chair.

She walked towards the sword rack in vigilance and looked behind the curtains, but to her shock, there was no one there.

"Huh?" Now deeply perplexed, she rapidly blinked her eyes and carefully pulled the sword rack up from the ground.

She looked around one more time and, quite sure that there was no one in the room, she proceeded to walk back to the chair,

However, this voice which was quite different from the ones she heard earlier, called her this time.

"Who's there!" She spun around immediately, vigilantly looking for whoever it was.

"Show yourself!" She ordered, but the voice stayed quiet for a few moments before calling her again.

This time around, she stopped looking around, having realized that the voice was coming from... the wall.

"The wall?" A bit confused as to why the voice would be coming from the wall, she strolled towards it and placed her hand on it.

She felt the wall and couldn't help but wonder if someone was on the other side of the wall.

But that was impossible. If she's correct, there was no chamber next to hers, so that was... impossible.

Her brows furrowed, and she continued to feel the wall, hoping to find a door or something, but just as clear as it was to her, there was no... door.

"Hmmm." She narrowed her eyes and quickly turned around when she heard Livia's voice.

"My lady, what....are you doing?" She asked and Yennefer fluttered her eyes, not sure of what to say.
