In addition to the previous report that Jarvis related to Issei, the megastructure also contains nearly every known material that he is able to analyze and understand such as Vibranium, Adamantinnum, Uru, Anti-metal, Etc. They were also techno-organic substances stored in one of the storage facilities that was perfect for his ascension to be a god. Issei intended to help Rory, previous known as Ddraig be free and regain her body once again but he needed to study and research his sacred gear which was enough as they are tools in the megastructure that allows him to makes something so long he has the thoughts and ideas place into the invention that he'll create.
Issei reconnect at the entire megastructure acting like the main server of it and allowed to manipulate basically every area of it and uploads all the data into his mind using the nano machine that he created, acquiring every detail for every facility that include all technology from across the megaverse from Warhammer 40k, Halo, Destiny, Warframe, Etc. They are all separate into facilities and had infinite resources from every known series and were fit into pocket dimension as every facility is bigger than what it is outside.
Issei was sitting on an office chair that was too big, his adorable small body looking at the hologram before him and Jarvis standing beside him while he rubbed his chin and thought.
'Now that I have memories, I have vague knowledge of things….I do remember the anime and show that my little brother showed me. Holy blood…the weaver race….I believe it came from that Chinese manga called Iron ladies.'
Issei or Hiroto was not a hard core fan of anime and manga but did it casually and often read them with his brother. He recalled a series that his brother once read which was Iron ladies where the power system was a techno-organic substance called holy blood that powered the soldier called Angel as they are the only female capable of gaming those holy blood beside the main character.
He thought of using the Holy blood and changing his body into a complete techno-organic substance where he can shapeshift it akin to an old show that he used to watch called Generator X but more versatile than before. Issei decided to decide all blueprints of the technology stored in Megastructure.
The first thing he aim to do is analyze the Sacred Gear that he has and asked for any training room which Jarvis took them via teleportation and arrive in large space where his assistance explain that the function of the room where it can dilute time, increase gravity, change environment and create solid holographic enemies that has power ranking that can be adjust for anyone training. Issei nodded and decided to check his status as he hadn't checked because he was talking to Rory at the time.

'Woah, I wonder what tier means?' Issei glanced at Jarvis asking if he had an idea what Tier power meant and he gave his answer since he was given all the information and acted as an AI for Issei. He was surprised to learn that his power was near planetary level and at least equal or surpassed quite a number of heavy hitters. Rory told him that he was at least equal to her at her prime and with her boost then there was no telling how powerful he would be.
Issei nodded and began asking her on how to summon his boosted gear in which she began to explain that it is activated by desire and the wish of the user. Issei merely nodded and concentrated, churning his magical energy as he was already beyond a Super class with his base power since his talent in magic was one of a kind. He was basically Dr.Manhattan at how he can manipulate the universe like cogs in a machine.
It didn't take him long to summon the boosted gear and to Rory delight was at the highest state with no limit. The boosted gear appeared to be a Dragon-like gauntlet that covers up his hand and a majority of the arm. It had two green jewels and a total of 10 golden spikes, aside from covering more of the user's arm. Issei could feel the power and began using his Nanites to analyze it so that the megastructure could come up with ways to improve it as well as replicate its functions.
If the Sacred gear system is really like a System then he would easily analyze and understand it before breaking it down and reverse engineering the entire thing. The world would be shaken that a daycare child was capable of recreating the world shattering power in the entire world then they would do everything to kill him but unfortunately, it is impossible since he can always revive himself back in the megastructure and Issei has many ways to defend himself.
Issei then began training with Rory at time diluted space without worrying if he will grow older since he will just find a solution to change his body back to his child form. Rory was ecstatic how only in a week within time dilution was he able to perfect Balance Breaker and close to reaching Juggernaut Drive but Issei was just analyzing his sacred gear and when he left to take a break from the train began finding a solution to help unseal Rory.
He first used the forge in the megastructure to create a system similar to Sacred gear but more potent and powerful that took him another week to build which was outstanding since Azazel took a long time to even create an artificial Sacred gear. Issei was able to create a few Sacred gear for himself from a sacred gear called X glove that can create powerful inextinguishable flames to familiar like sacred gear called Leone Di Cieli which he based from an old show called Hitman Reborn.
He uses this in harmony with Boosted Gear that changes shape and modifies it to be nothing more than a flame on his forehead while the X flame on his arms. Issei looks exactly like Tsuna from Hitman Reborn. Rory was outstanded from the progress he was making and without hesitation would mark him as her consort and mate once he was unsealed. Another month had passed and Issei had started his project to turn himself into a god by modifying the materials and data that he was gathering. He would become beyond a human turning himself into a machine god.
Issei is already powerful and reaching that point would only place him well above the norms. However before any of that, he had to first help Rory acquire her body and to do that he had to remove her from his soul as she is attached to his soul like a leech and would absorb a piece of it inside the boosted gear.
Issei was currently at a platform that analyzed what ery happening from his body and began his experiment in separating Rory from his soul and thought.
'The data I've gathered is enough for me to manipulate my body and soul if I treat it like cogs in a machine. Now then let us start. Are you ready, Rory?' She didn't respond and was planning on how to mark him and be the first to take him. Issei had the body of child but the mind of someone beyond human and taking his first in his current body was not a problem for her.

This God equation came within the Megastructure which is an equation that treats reality as a computer program.
