Capítulo 42: Received the warrant

Kay stood up from his chair and moved towards Journee's room. He knew she was upset beyond her beliefs. All she wanted was to end the Hall crime family and she was trained for the job since her childhood. Kay tried making her a Mary Sue, an expert in everything, talented at everything but he forgot about her fear of water, her nonsensical anger, and her urge to find the solution to everything in sex. No matter what he did, she never overcame her fear of water.

He reached outside her room and stared at the closed door. He had no idea how to control her now. All he knew was that he had to calm her down as she had to go on a raid soon and for that, she needed to be in the right state of mind otherwise she could blurt out her secret in anger. And after that, not even William would be able to save her.
