Ordinary Patronuses were no match for the Unicorn's Shadow, but this did remind the other black-robed wizards that the Call of God could affect this white shadow!

Realizing this, the other black-robed wizards cast their spells as well.

Only Burke and three other black-robed wizards summoned their Patronuses, as those corrupted by the Dark Arts were unable to use them.

Several lights floated from the tip of the wand and transformed into a turkey and two foxes.

The various Patronuses swarmed forward, followed by the Weasel, who was kicked so hard that it almost dissipated into mist.

The powerful Unicorn's Shadow could turn a Patronus into a mist of light with a single kick, but it would not take long for the scattered Patronuses to regroup and charge at them again without fear of death…

Burke was relieved to see that the four Patronuses had managed to hold back the white beast for a short while, but he was also furious. A thirteen-year-old brat had turned the place upside down and killed Wright in front of all of them!

Burke felt utterly humiliated. He glanced angrily at the spot where Ivan had been standing, but it was empty.

Ivan, however, had already slipped back into the Cloak of Invisibility and disappeared from their sight.

Ivan didn't expect his blood magic to be restrained in such a manner, and he gave Burke a hard look. Burke seemed to be more difficult to deal with than Ivan had thought!

"That boy must still be here! All of you, find him!" Burke shouted at the stunned black-robed wizards.

With that, Burke cast a probing spell, sending powerful magical waves through the hall, but to no avail…

Ivan, who was wearing the Invisibility Cloak, wandered around the chaotic battlefield. When he saw a black-robed wizard focusing on the Patronus, he immediately took a few steps forward and threw a curse at it!

"Shadowless Blade!"

An invisible magical blade shot out and instantly severed the right arm of the black-robed wizard who was holding the wand.

The next moment, a blood-curdling scream echoed through the parlor.

The black-robed sorcerer clutched his right arm in pain as he crashed into a cupboard behind him and fell to the floor.

Burke and the others reacted quickly, locking onto Ivan's position the moment he spoke, and without hesitation, a multi-coloured spell beam shot towards him.

Ivan, under his Invisibility Cloak, was also alarmed. Of course, the protective ring was not enough to resist so many charms at once!

Fortunately, he still had the Ring of Magic!

Ivan released the stored power of the Ring of Magic almost without reservation, and a powerful magical wave spread out in all directions. The spells that had not yet reached him were extinguished, and the Dark Wizard who was closer was knocked away.

Ivan rolled away and used the Cloak of Invisibility to disappear again.

Burke was about to explode with rage. Ivan, to him, looked like a scurrying, disgusting mouse.

However, the failure of his Detection Magic had alerted Burke to the fact that Ivan was wearing an extraordinary Cloak of Invisibility, otherwise he would not be so powerful.

"I'll see how long you can hide!" Burke was furious, but his anger did not take over and he soon found a solution. He flicked his wand and the pale blue candles in the corners of the room went out, plunging the hall into darkness.

Everyone looked at Burke in confusion, wondering if he had lost his mind. Burke pointed his wand again and a white light hit the ceiling.

In the aftermath of the quake, a shower of powder fell from the sky, enveloping everyone in the drawing room and turning the room blue.

The powder also fell on Ivan's Invisibility Cloak, revealing the shape of his body. Burke locked on to Ivan's position and a strange green light cut through the darkness.

Avada Kedavra!

Ivan's face fell, and he flicked his wand. The solid cabinet flew up in front of him, and the green light hit it, sending splinters flying.

The other black-robed wizards reacted quickly as well. A few more spells shot out, and in a moment, the cabinet was blown to pieces!

Ivan managed to construct two or three magical barriers, but they were all destroyed. In the end, he managed to withstand the attack with his protective ring!

However, in the blink of an eye, several more spells attacked.

After being teased by Ivan, everyone was filled with resentment. Now that they finally found Ivan, they naturally vented their anger.

Ivan was helpless against the relentless barrage of attacks. Confronting several powerful wizards was extremely difficult for him.

Fortunately, an orange fireball crashed through a hole in the left side of the room and headed straight for the black-robed wizards…

Burke and the others had no choice but to put up a defensive barrier to stop the fireball.

The pressure on Ivan was instantly lifted and he breathed a sigh of relief. Reinforcements had finally arrived!

Although it had only been a few dozen seconds since he cast the first spell,

But for Ivan, it seemed interminable, especially after the Cloak of Invisibility had worn off, and every second that passed frightened him!

After blocking the Thunderbolt easily with their combined spells, Burke turned to look at the hole in the wall to his right with an ugly expression.

Out of the smoke, Alicia appeared, wearing a combat-ready light-blue wizard's robe, with a cute Puffskin on her shoulder. This cute little thing had two glowing blue eyes, which made her look dazzling in the dim living room…

When she arrived, she was relieved to see Ivan safe and sound. She then turned to look at the mess in the reception hall and the charred corpse lying on the floor. She was shocked at how Ivan was able to take on Burke and the others.

"Althea! You're not dead after all!" Burke said through gritted teeth as he watched her go. It seemed his spy had been tricked as well.

After a brief moment of surprise, Burke grinned nastily. If Isiah had been sneaking up on them wearing that weird cloak, like Ivan, she might have caused trouble.

Now that he had appeared so openly, he was undoubtedly out of his mind. It just so happened that when he killed this brat today, he could get rid of Alicia as well…
