Capítulo 3: Military Encounters a Demon

Walking the entire night without stopping, Nemesis ran into a sandstorm early in the morning and started to follow it seeing where it would go. An amazing fact he found out was that he didn't feel tired whatsoever, so he spent time contemplating if it was the Nutritional Adaptation that caused it. During the night he also deactivated Ultimate Hunter since the color change of everything got on his nerves.

Amazingly, the suit allowed him to stay perfectly fine despite the weather and wandering inside the storm allowed him to not feel the true emptiness and open expanse that was the desert.

After quenching his 'thirst' Nemesis had some time to think and going by the fact he killed members of the Taliban, it most likely meant he was in Afghanistan.

Where in Afghanistan was a whole different issue that he didn't know where to start with since he hadn't encountered a village or city and even if he did, Nemesis wasn't sure he would know the place.

Facts about the Middle East and Afghanistan in particular were vague at best for him, which made wandering the only option until he could find a place that would provide some more information, preferably in English.

Wandering along the desert without anything to do gave him a lot of time to think about memories he didn't want to reminisce on. The sandstorm wasn't able to stave off the onslaught of memories.

Mainly it was past memories of him and his mom since they were pretty close and did a lot together throughout his life. Memories of them visiting state parks, lakes, swimming holes and all kinds of other activities which made lasting memories. However, branded in the background always was an image of the last look his mother gave him before dying.

"Safe…I couldn't keep her safe…she died because of me…I died because of me…Hunter died because he was weak…He couldn't protect her…but I can get revenge…I can stop all of them…put them down…" Muttering to himself, the demonic glow lit up around his armor as Nemesis' bloodthirst flared again at the thought of Hunter's parents.

The memories only made his mental situation worse, and his mind couldn't heal properly because of the pressure it put on his psyche.

'Huh…what are you…' Off in the distance, Nemesis could make out a faint red glow among the dust. 'Prey…Sinners…Deadman…' An unnatural anticipation filled each of his cells and energized him in a way which a stim couldn't.

Picking up the pace, Nemesis moved closer and closer to the glowing object among the cloud of dust. Coming up to a slight incline, he was surprised to find himself on the bend of what seemed to be a road.

'Civilization…nice…' Slowing down because it seemed the glowing was coming from the road, Nemesis suspected it could be a vehicle of some kind that was stuck from the storm.

'How should I approach…quiet…loud…stealthy…explosively…both sound nice…ahh wait…what if I try you.' reaching into the suit, he equipped the Crypto Drone and its EMP. 'I love that you charge even when not in use, you badass armor.'

Generating the Crypto Drone and throwing it out, Nemesis observed it for a second as it floated there. It was pitch black with dark red lines running down the seams and made a faint humming sound.

Creating the tablet and entering it, Nemesis felt his POV switch and became that of the drones'. Willing it to move, he floated down in front of himself and studied the suit.

'I wonder if someone will think I'm from the future…this tech can't exist…I think…who knows what the government has…whatever…another time…'

Gliding away from himself, he moved at an angle hoping not to get noticed yet and approached the enemy. However, this plan was quickly destroyed, when he received a message from the void.

You've been spotted. They're taking aim at your drone.' Dammit there goes the element of surprise…well not like I needed one.'

Speeding towards the glow, it came into view and Nemesis quickly realized he was approaching a convoy of some kind with three large tan armored trucks that were definitely 'military issue'.

'Two…Two…Why…Why' Noticing that two of the three of the vehicles in the convoy were highlighted in red, it broke his heart slightly more thinking about how the people that are meant to protect the innocent abuse their power and harm them.

'It's the way the world works…works…why…why…have a world…like this…'

Activating the EMP, a massive field of what looked like electricity spread throughout the convoy and charged up, becoming louder and louder.

*boom* As the explosion rang out, all the electronics in the drone's EMP were fried.

'Time to die...' Sprinting towards the convoy, Nemesis activated multiple abilities at once, overlapping them. A stim for speed, a scan for positioning and finding out who was a sinner and a smoke for even worse visibility.

Glancing over the list, Nemesis was horrified and enraged with what he saw. Only 7 of the twenty people did the specific sin, but the others had the sin of covering for their friends and slightly abusing their power. The last vehicle seemed to be sin free and clueless about what the others had done.

Sprinting towards the vehicles, he didn't seem to get shot at, which Nemesis found odd, but when he got by the massive trucks, he could see that the soldiers were hunkered down on the inside.

Jumping up onto the hood, he crouched down, putting his face to the glass trying to look inside. Seeing the soldiers react to him, he put his finger up to his throat and dragged it across.

"You're already dead." he whispered to himself.

'How do I get into these things?' Hopping off of the heavily armored vehicle, he started to circle around it like a shark.

' I could just bomb it and see what happens…no no...that could kill them if the bombs are to strong…they need to suffer…suffer…suffer…they're here to help…yet…yet they kill…why…hate…hate…for…the people who live here…why though…they're suffering just as much as the soldiers if not more…can I even rationalize the way they think…or…or is it simply they're just evil…'

Nemesis had trouble comprehending why someone would do evil deeds like these soldiers have. Even if he's heard motivations of people who kill in large numbers, it still baffles him that someone would do horrible things to people who didn't truly deserve it.

Contemplating the issue of arm plating for a few minutes, he only could come up with two ways to hurt them, without killing the soldiers right away.

One he could use a bounce pad and toss it down by a tire and see if it's able to flip the vehicle. This would probably shake them up quite a bit, but they should be able to survive. It won't get the doors open, but it would mean that he could flip the vehicle and he could just roll them to death.

Second, he could possibly use his Valkyrie VTOL Jets to burn a hole inside the vehicle and breach it that way. Though this could come with some risks since it could heat the inside of the cabin up quite a bit in the process.

'Maybe do both and see what happens.'

Creeping back up to the vehicle, he equipped a jump pad and generated one from his suit and held it in his hand.

Climbing up onto the hood, he crouched down in front of the window staring at the soldiers who were still hunkered down inside.

Raising the jump pad in his hands he made sure they could see it. Pointing at it, he started to make a bunch of hand motions trying to imitate the motion of them flipping and rolling, while they tumble around.

Deciding his message was good, Nemesis jumped down and stepped under the front trying to find the closest point the truck was to the ground. Noticing it was at the back of the vehicle, Nemesis crawled under the truck to the backside, while making sure to keep the jump pad off the ground.

Once there, he made sure to aim as best as possible and tossed it down. Hitting the ground, it spread out and as soon as it registered the vehicle, the Jump pad rose up and hit the bottom of the axle for the back tires.

However, it didn't have the intended effect and only lifted the vehicle about four feet in the air before it fell back down. Funnily enough for Nemesis, he watched as the soldiers were repeatedly shaken above him as the jump pad continued to bounce the vehicle up and down over and over.

On one of the bounces, Nemesis rolled out from under it and stood up, making his way over to the front of the vehicle.

Waving at the shaken soldiers, he left them and walked back to the second vehicle in the line. Heading directly up to the hood, he made his first appearance for the other set of sinners.

'Hopefully you survive this…I really am unsure about this.' Climbing up on the hood, he motioned with his hands for them to move to one side or else they'd get burned. This was super hard to mimic, so it was most likely lost in translation, but Nemesis didn't care about that enough.

Jumping off the hood, he went over to the side that he hoped was empty and turned away from the vehicle. Wondering how he would stay on the ground without flying off, Nemesis was answered when spikes generated from his suit and shot into the ground holding him in place.

"Holy hit that was sick…I feel like one of those tornado cars or whatever the hell they are…didn't I see something like this in a movie one time…whatever…time to burn…burn…burn."

Equipping the VTOL Jets, they generated out from his back and were similar to Valkyrie's just slightly bigger and were all black and red.

Wondering where the controls were, he was amazed, when he connected to the jets mentally. Knowing he could do something, Nemesis activated only one of the rockets on his back and ignited it.

Since the rockets were tech from the future, Nemesis was able to focus the fire of the engines into a single point almost as if it was a torch cutter and proceed to cut a hole in the frame of the truck.

As he cut through the vehicle, Nemesis would glance back at the bouncing truck and laugh because the soldiers were probably having a horrible time.

Only needing about 30 seconds, Nemesis cut a hole in the hull, and it fell inside the vehicle with melted metal falling off of it.

Unequipping his VTOL Jets and the spikes, he turned around and peered into the hole wanting to see what the situation of the soldiers were.

*Bang*Bang*Bang*bang*... Not even getting a warning from the void, Nemesis was shot 7 times in the chest by one of the soldiers inside the vehicle. The first four were blocked by his shield, but the rest fully hit and broke through his suit of armor.

Receiving a speed boost because of Bangalore, he dived to the side only to fly almost 10 feet to the side before landing, out of sight from anymore fire. "FUCK that hurt you son of a bitch…fuck…fuck…fuck..."

Glancing down at his stomach, he had three bullet holes which were leaking blood out of them. Nemesis started to panic slightly wondering what he would do about the bleeding.

"Shit…Shit…Shit…what do I do…cloth…do I have any…wait huh." Stopping any movement whatsoever, he watched in astonishment as his skin and armor started to stitch together and repair. At the same time this happened, Nemesis health in his HUD continued to tick up to 100.

"Move…Move…Move." Hearing some muffled voices from the vehicle, he watched as all of the soldiers filled out of the hole, he made and got into formation.

"So, you've come out to play…how fun…" The smoke and sand made it extremely hard for anybody, but Nemesis to see anything.

Using two shield cells, his defenses were fully healed, and he started creeping towards them.

When he was about 5 feet away, some of them saw his shadow mixed in with the dust and smoke and fired.

However, this time he received a notice from the void and moved away. Another speed boost activated, and Nemesis started to dart around them, appearing and disappearing.

"Shoot him…shoot him…" One of the soldiers yelled out.

"I am…I am…what the hell is this Staff Sergeant!" One of the other soldiers yelled out.

"Focus on killing him, Devon. He's obviously not friendly." Cameron yelled out to Devon trying to calm his nerves.

"I…" Appearing at one side of the group, Nemesis said the first word, then disappeared.

"Am…" Doing the same thing again at another point in the soldier's formation, Nemesis started to say each word at a different point.

"Nemesis…Judge…Jury…Executioner…Of…The…Wicked…" Each word sounded more demonically robotic after the last.

"You all have sinned and now it's time to pay for them." launching into the formation from a random direction, Nemesis grabbed Oliver Jones and ran with him into the storm becoming obscured.

"Shit, he got Jones…Shit…Shit…Shit what do we do Staff Sergeant…He knows…He knows…" Devon started to panic and freak out.

Cameron stepped over to Devon and grabbed him by the shoulders staring into the goggles that everyone had on.

"Get your shit together Private Devon…This isn't the time and place and whoever this is, they don't know shit…nothing happened remember."

"Nothing happened…nothing happened…" Cameron's words didn't do the trick at all, and Devon looked like he was losing it.

Nemesis at the moment, was dragging Oliver into the dust storm, while the man struggled behind him.

Tossing the guy aside, he watched Oliver struggle to his feet and point his gun at him. About to pull the trigger, Oliver watched as Nemesis shifted into another dimension and turned into a glowing purple haze that gradually shifted into a red hue.

In terror, Oliver started to spray the glow, but nothing happened and when he was out of ammo, Nemesis shifted back into the main dimension.

Clapping his hands, Nemesis slowly walked towards Oliver while the man struggled to get another clip in his rifle from fear.

"Close, but not close whatsoever…you should really stop struggling…wait actually you know what struggle some more." Oliver got the mag into his rifle and fired again but wouldn't hit anything as Nemesis shifted dimensions once again letting the man waste his ammunition.

Shifting back into the main dimension, Nemesis formed a smoke canister and tossed it towards the struggling soldier. "Oliver catch…"

Oliver, seeing the projectile coming however, jumped out of the way, falling to the ground while covering his head.

Hitting the ground, the smoke didn't do a thing and just laid there, while Nemesis shifted his gaze back and forth between the can and the cowering man.

"Dammit, you're lucky I can control that or else we'd be dealing with some more smoke… it wasn't like I'd throw a grenade at you…at least not right now…"

Hearing the main group yelling and arguing, Nemesis generated his Wingman and shot Oliver in each of his feet causing the man to scream out in pain.

"Hey Oliver, it looks like you've got a bullet in each of your boots…you might wanna get that checked out."

Turning around, Nemesis ran towards the arguing group to see what was going on with them. As he got closer, the first voice he heard was Devon who was yelling in fear.

"Staff Sergeant…he's here for us…we can't just forget what we did…what I did…we can't...we're gonna die…we're gonna die for what we did…" Nemesis could only see them because of the scan, and he watched as the Staff Sergeant raised his gun and whispered something before pulling the trigger killing Devon.

"Holy Shit a team kill…that's ruthless…he was mine to kill though not yours…NOT YOURS!" Screaming out into the storm, all the men heard Nemesis and got into a tighter formation barely paying attention to their fallen man.

'All of them are ruthless…I guess it makes sense…' Dashing out into them, he was about to snatch another soldier, when the Staff Sergeant wiped around and shot Nemesis with a pistol twice, destroying a little over a quarter of his shield.

The bullets sadly didn't stop him from grabbing another soldier and disappearing back into the dust cloud that seemed to never end. This time Nemesis had grabbed Tristan Arnold, one of the cover up crew people.

Heading over to the fallen Devon who was moaning in pain, Nemesis tossed the soldier down and put two bullets in his leg.

Traveling back over to the main crew, he was about to nab another person, when he saw that the people who were in the back truck had finally gotten out of the vehicle and were slowly approaching the main crew he was attacking.

'What should I do…let them approach and see if 'mister team kill' or someone else shoots someone in the back group by accident…but they didn't do anything…they are unintentionally rolling with people who are terrible…but that's not their choice…'

Internally fighting, Nemesis decided to warn the back group that if they interfered, they could possibly get hurt. Stimming, he ran towards the group and intercepted them before the groups could talk.

Appearing in front of them, he instantly got guns to his face and a bunch of yelling, which bugged Nemesis, but he wouldn't hurt people who were innocent. Slipping into the void, he moved around to the other side of the group and reappeared.

"Don't interfere…or else…one of them may shoot you…they already did to Private Devon, though I wish I could've killed him…" Speaking right away, the soldiers turned his way and at hearing the last part, they visibly recoiled.

"Who are you! Who do you work for!" The leading Staff Sergeant was yelling at Nemesis, seemingly thinking that the guns pointed at the armored man who seemingly could teleport would make him spill all of his secrets.

"I'm Nemesis and I play the game solo…so don't interfere…I won't kill you, but I will injure you badly if it's what needs to be done."

Slipping into the void before they could say anything more, he ran towards the main crew and right as he was about to be on them, he came back to the main dimension and grabbed another person.

This time it was Luke Scott and he dragged the yelling and flailing man over to his injured friends who were trying to drag themselves away.

Throwing Luke over on top of them, he whipped out his wingman and put two bullets in Luke's legs as well.

"I really hate it when you guys crawl away, it's not very nice and respectful to run from your gracious host…you know what…I'll do you guys a favor and make it, so you don't need to crawl anymore."

Generating his heirloom, nemesis walked up to each of them and cut the arms off of their uniforms making similar tourniquets that he did with the Taliban men.

"Okay, so I've only ever done this surgery one other time and frankly it didn't go too well, but this time I think I figured out what went wrong."

Heading over to Luke first, he held the struggling man down and wrapped the tourniquet around his left leg first.

"Always start with the left, left, left…I try to make you feel the best, best, best and leave the space with zero mess, mess, mess…this is my little amputation rhyme…don't you like it." Equipping a portal and activating it over the man's left leg, it was completely severed from his body.

Luke immediately screamed out in pain and Nemesis started to clap while laughing. "I didn't expect to get such a good reaction…you love me…you really love me…wait shit that wasn't correct or is it…hey Luke…do you know what I'm talking about…do you…I guess your excitement is more than I realized…let me continue then."

Moving on to the next limb while still holding Luke down, he removed his right leg with another portal. This caused some more screaming, but Nemesis barely paid attention as he removed both of Luke's arms one after the other.

"Holy shit, Luke…you almost look like a chicken nugget…I just need to remove your head…and then it will be perfect."

Stepping over to Luke's head, Nemesis held it as he tied a final piece of cloth around Luke's neck and pulled it tighter and tighter until the man could barely breathe and was suffocating.

"Okay let's see if this helps this time." Using another portal, he put it over the man's neck and activated it.

It didn't help though, not to Nemesis' surprise and blood started to shoot everywhere including on some of the other downed soldiers.

"We'll I'm gonna be quick with you Tristan since you weren't the worst of your group, so let's get you all cleaned up."

Walking over to the man, he tried something he hadn't yet and created four portals on each of the man's limbs. Instantly Tristan lost all of his limbs and blood started to shoot out everywhere.

"Shit I forgot the tourniquet…god I'm such a dumbass…okay well I need his head to stay cleanish."

Using a final portal, he put the man out of his suffering and struggle. "Okay, so it's just you and me now Oliver and let me just say, we are going to have a quick, but lovely time…since I have an idea that involves doing express shipping amputations…well without the shipping part…actually they'll be shipping your body back so…I guess with the shipping."

Stepping over to Oliver, he equipped a paralysis orb and tossed it down by the man, so he wouldn't move.

"Sorry, but I can't have you moving for this…it would ruin it." Crouching down, Nemesis put a tourniquet on each arm and leg and proceeded to cut holes in each limb large enough for a smoke canister. Shoving a canister inside each pocket, he listened to the slight moans of pain that Oliver would let out.

"God dude you are disgusting…please stop…I need to finish this." Moving as fast as he could, Nemesis finished the last smoke canister and stepped back from Oliver.

"This is most likely going to kill you…so I hope you enjoy hell and say hello to The Devil for me…we'd probably get along…maybe not I haven't met the being so who knows…well maybe God does…whatever." Right after saying his last word's all of the canister's exploded and Oliver's limbs instantly detached and flew everywhere, while pieces of bone and other parts of his body pierced his skull and skin.

Smoke covered the area for only a second until Nemesis dispersed it, clearing the area. Walking up to the demolished body, he used his heirloom and chopped Oliver's ruined head off.

Setting it down by the others, he went and grabbed their service rifles and jammed them into the sand and dirt and put each head on them similar to what he did with the Taliban men.

Glancing at each head side by side, Nemesis smiled slightly and turned around and went back towards the main group.

Through his radar, he could see the non-sinner group was arguing about something, but they didn't join Cameron and his merry band of innocent people killers.

When looking at Cameron and his group however, it seemed they had gone back inside the truck and were hunkered down pointing their weapons at the door.

"Oh, so you want to play this game…then I guess I'll play as well…by my own rules though."

Stepping into the void, he ventured over to the men in the vehicle and climbed into the burned hole. The soldiers saw his red hue, but couldn't do anything to him, so Nemesis sat there with them.

'How should I play this…maybe bring them onto my own playing field…that would definitely freak them out…can I do that though…well nothing like testing it out.'

Focusing on leaving the void, he only let his arm out and touched the shoulder of one of the soldiers. Before any of them could react, Nemesis dragged the man into the void.

Pulling the frightened soldier out of the vehicle as he turned red as blood vessels in his skin and eyes popped, Nemesis moved away from the main group and back to the display of heads.

Shifting back into the main dimension, he glanced down and noticed that the soldier had done a similar thing to the militant and shit himself.

"God dammit a second accident…really even the U.S Military couldn't teach you potty training…what's their use then." Pulling out his wingman, he shot the man in both legs as a precaution and went back to the main crew's vehicle.

Back in the void when he stepped inside, he did a similar thing as before and grabbed another person bringing them into the void and back over to the display. Setting them down in the main dimension and shooting their legs, he went back to the vehicle.

Stealing a third person, while laughing at the helplessness of the soldiers, he brought the third man back to the display.

Tossing him down next to the other two, Nemesis stayed briefly to perform more surgery on each of them and then displayed their heads on their rifles.

"Okay, three more for this vehicle and Cameron, then on to the bouncy boys…who seem to still be in their precarious situation." Through the scan, he could see all the soldiers fumbling around trying to right themselves, but they couldn't as the jump pad continued to screw with them.

Stepping back into the void, he proceeded to do the same thing again with the other three and brought them back, only to do more amputations and head displays.

After finishing up with them, he looked back and noticed that a certain Staff Sergeant had left the vehicle and was running into the sandstorm towards the group that was still arguing.

"How the hell haven't they decided yet…aren't soldiers just supposed to follow orders and do shit…well as long as they don't help him."

Injecting himself with another stim, Nemesis ran after them and quickly made it to the Staff Sergeant who was yelling at the other squad to help him.

"You need to help me…my entire squad was killed…there's this thing out there…a demon…a demon…it wants to kill us…it was stealing us…" the desperation in his voice was clear, but in his eyes, you could see the cunningness to try and set the mysterious figure on them, so he could get away.

Moving towards the squad, he raised his hand, but stopped when all of them recoiled in what seemed like fear.

"What's wrong…we need to help my squad." No one took a step forward at his plea and instead took a step backwards.

"It's time for you to pay Cameron Baker." Nemesis was standing right behind Cameron only a few inches away.

Cameron, hearing the voice, froze and when he did, Nemesis wrapped his arms around him and pulled him into the void.

Dragging the Staff Sergeant through the void, he came back to the display, but made sure the Staff Sergeant couldn't see a thing. Exiting the void, he looked down at Cameron who was a complete mess and barely conscious.

'Let's fix that…' Generating a stim, he slammed it down on the staff sergeant's chest and instantly Cameron was completely awake.

"There you go…all better now right…" Nemesis chuckled to himself while glaring at Cameron under his mask.

"Why are you doing this…we're with the U.S Military you know that right…they'll look for you and when they find you…" Cameron was forced to stop talking, when Nemesis grabbed his jaw holding it very tight.

"If they find me…If and that a big if…Most likely I'll be treated fine if they knew what you did…you know what I'm talking about…so many people…so many directly with your own hands…innocent…" Cameron's face slowly changed to one of horror once he truly accepted that Nemesis knew what he did.

"Now that's a look I love to see…I wish I could see it forever…I wish I could see his face like that…but you'll have to do for now…I'll see him when the time comes."

Throwing down an orb, the Staff Sergeant instantly went limp, and Nemesis made his way over to the amputated limbs of the dead soldiers. Grabbing four limbs and bringing them over to Cameron, but keeping them out of view, he stripped all of the flesh off of them. Nemesis barely had any reaction to doing such a disgusting thing.

Creating stakes out of bone, he took four of them over to the Staff Sergeant and put the man into a starfish shape on the ground and impaled each of the man's limbs. Allowing the Staff Sergeant to move again, the man screamed out in pain and tried to move but couldn't. However, his head could, and he saw the stakes made of bone.

"What is that…What is that…" His head falling back as he tried to look around, he got a full upside-down view of all his soldiers with their heads on a spike and the look of despair on his face was the one Nemesis really wanted to see.

"That's the best…now, I'm going to go say hi to some of your conspirators and give them what they deserve…you may or may not be alive by the time I get back."

Walking away, he made his way over to the bouncing vehicle and stared at it and the soldiers inside through his scan.

'What to do…what to do…maybe this will tip it over…but then I'd need those...maybe.' Generating a jump pad, he tossed it down on the ground to the left of the vehicle and waited around while a new one regenerated. Only 45 seconds later a new one was available, and he threw it down by the first one.

He continued to do this until there was a row of jump pads to the left and then he proceeded to do the same to the right side.

After that he stepped back, waiting for the perfect time and when the back tires were in the air, he got rid of the jump pad in the middle and tossed one down by where the right back tire would land.

When the truck's tire hit the jump pad, it caused the vehicle to tip to the side and being top heavy, the truck tipped over right on the jump pads. Seeing the people freak out at the change, he watched as when the truck hit multiple jump pads it launched over onto the other ones and continued to go back and forth between them.

This shook the soldiers up even worse, and they became hurt more and more as they slammed around in the vehicle. Slowly more and more broken bones and other injuries showed up and eventually he got his first kill, when a person fell down and broke their neck, when another soldier landed on them, while their head was on the edge of a seat. This dead person became a hazard and more and more of them died, until no one was left except for the Gunner, Staff Sergeant and the driver at the front of the vehicle.

Deciding to do something special with them and make things easier for himself, he turned around by the front cabin and had his back away. Equipping the VTOL Jets, Nemesis planted himself on the ground with the spikes and instantly blasted his engines at an extremely high temperature.

Shooting it behind him, the cabin and sand below started to melt and so did all of the soldiers inside.

Doing it until the entire vehicle was gone, Nemesis felt much better and stopped, de-equipping the Jets and the spikes.

Heading back over to the Staff Sergeant, he found the man barely alive on death's door.

"Ohh you're still alive…good for you…now I could write on them…" Nemesis pointed at all for the heads paired into groups of three.

"But…I'd much rather on you…larger canvas…maybe more screaming…okay good talk…" Walking up to the man, Nemesis equipped his ax and proceeded to carve another message in the man's skin.

'In My Grace, All Roads End Here for the Wicked'

Stepping back after being done, he noticed that the Staff Sergeant was dead and had a look of despair on his face.

"Oh…I wish I could take a picture…click, click, click." Saying the last part while making a fake camera with his hands, Nemesis stepped away and looked around.

The sandstorm seemed to be clearing up somewhat which meant it was time to leave. Disabling all of his equipment in the surrounding area and making them disappear, Nemesis headed off fading into the desert.
