Derek shook his head feeling sorry for Shelby as he stood up. He wasn't the soft and caring type and he had exhausted all his pampering skills on the crying lady.

One part of Derek's mind felt seriously appalled by Shelby's lifestyle. He recalled that she also flirted with him and his colleagues went they first checked into the motel. 

What if they were serial killers, rapists or anything evil? That invariably means that she would be dancing to their evil tone at the moment.

Derek and his team members earlier planned to take Luke in the dead of the night until they get info on his female guest.

Instantly Derek knew that the female guest was in trouble and could be killed if they didn't intervene. 

Hence, he put a call across to their direct boss Sky, who after a few minutes of interacting with the overall boss, informed them to invade Luke's room and save the lady.
