Eugene realized that the guy had a passion for painting so he suggested that Jeni invite him to the palace to take draw some paintings.
Jeni was hesitant at first, but Eugene assured her that he would arrange everything. He gave her a promise to help her set up the date. Jeni was overjoyed and thanked Eugene for his kindness.
As Eugene walked away, he felt a sense of relief and accomplishment. He had helped someone in need, and he had done it without using Aria's database or his authority. He had simply listened to Jeni and used his common sense to come up with a solution.
But he also realized that he had a lot to learn about his people and their needs. He couldn't just sit in his palace and make decisions based on his own beliefs and assumptions. He had to go out into the world and listen to his people, understand their problems, and find ways to help them.
