Your heart raced seemed to beat faster and faster. Your hands shook a little. It seemed like an age before the door swung inwards towards Garcia's lair. There was an explosion of colours as Penelope opened her door. The grey interior of her office was a perfect background for her splash of colour. "Hey, kitten. You do know that no one waits after they knock, right? Everybody usually walks straight in. You need something? I heard Rossi may make us all dinner or pay for dinner." Penelope fiddled with her bags and opened her compact to check her lipstick. She paused here to let you speak, but you couldn't really find the words you wanted. "Y/N?" Your name fell from her lips sounding breathy in the still room. You took a breath and stepped forward slightly. You curved one hand up her side to her shoulder blade and pulled her in. One hand went to the back of her neck, pulling her in. She leaned into you following both you and her instincts. Your lips met in the middle. Hers meeting yours first.
The press of lips was gentle and tender still feeling out the unfamiliar motions. Garcia pulled away first and cupped your cheek with her manicured sugary pink nails. She smiled teasing. "I thought you were a profiler." You took a breath inhaling her perfume. "I always seem miss when someone is interested in me." Penelope hummed and peaked your lips. "That obvious enough."
"Not quite." You leaned closer and gave her a slightly deeper kiss. She hummed into your mouth, "Dinner?" You nodded and kissed her again. "My place?" She pulled away and kissed your cheek. "Yes." You both headed off towards the elevators.
Anderson who had seen everything grinned, "Finally." He muttered and turned to walk into the bullpen to his desk when he almost walked into JJ and Morgan. "Who kissed who?" Morgan asked, Anderson thought about acting innocent, but he had added his bet when the others had placed theirs before leaving to see Cruz. "It was both at the same time. Y/N pulled Garcia in and Garcia leaned in at the same time so both." Money was immediately handed too Hotch, Reid and Anderson with the rest of the team sighing in defeat.
