After having properly dressed himself, Rune made his way to the bedroom door. His attire was that of the gear he had bought from Cecelia's shop: a skintight crop top with mid-length sleeves that showed off his toned abs, along with a pair of light shorts combined with tights underneath. There was no need for shoes as his pants extended past his ankles to cover his feet. But the same could not be said of his companions.
The weather in Nereid was fair enough that they could get by just fine in only their water wear, but his was the only one that also functioned as shoes.
Mako had seen fit to provide everyone, excluding Rune, of course, with what she called liquid armor. A special substance that could be hardened with a little application of mana. It worked much like how one would form a spell, and using a bit of mental imagery would allow an individual to shape the liquid armor into whatever style they desired.
