Some had sent scouts to the city to report their plight while a second group had organized themselves to come to Mida City after being informed about the cause of the mutations by Saint Shalina. Those in the former group were generally in similar circumstances as Tony but the latter group usually travelled with three Holy Knights. One of them would set off first to pass the message to the city while the other two would provide protection.
