Capítulo 24: Chapter 21 First mission
Time has passed since Licht had received his spells. He received spells called " Area heal ", " Strength Buff ", " Light " and " Blind ". Most of them are auxiliary type spells, but their usefulness exceed simple spells like " Cure ", " Heal ".
Licht wiped his sweat as he took up his towel. He put down his training sword and looked around him. The ground was cracked like spiderweb, which indicated his training intensity. He looked at himself and found he looked like a hobo, without any clothes and armor, his hair was disheveled, and smelled like garbage.
Licht smiled wryly. He forced his hair back to look a little better even though there was no one nearby.
" Huu* I should wash myself."
His muscles were glittering from his sweat under the sun. Although he thought he looked like a hobo, he was looking fine. His tall body and beautiful muscle lines actually increased his charm.
Creak*
He opened the door and saw a familiar figure. It was Daemon who had finished his training. His muscles were bulging like an orc.
" Hmm, vice captain?"
Licht was embarrassed when he heard this sentence. He hadn't adapted to this name yet.
" Daemon, were you training in the field 3?"
Daemon didn't hide it as he grinned. His teeth were completely white unlike his tanned brown body.
" Yes, I was training before this. It seems vice captain have plenty of energy to play. Your attack tremor reached my field."
Licht scratched his head with an awkward face. He couldn't apologize to him properly because he was unsettled about his training. He wondered whether he should change his habits.
" I am sorry, Daemon. I'll quit down later."
Daemon didn't mind it. In fact, he liked Licht's display of power. It matched perfectly his taste, since it matched his taste. He preferred an open person over an insidious schemer.
" Don't mind it. Are you heading to the shower? You smell horrible. How long have you been training?"
Licht froze for a moment. He was a little hurt when he heard he smelled bad.
" I don't know. It should be around 5 am. I have to practice my mana too."
Daemon nodded with agreement. He also knew the importance of mana training. Additionally, he never skipped over his training.
" I see. You are indeed a genius, as the captain had said."
They headed towards the shower while chatting about their techniques and training method which was beneficial to both of them.
20 minutes later, Licht came out with a downcast face. He looked at Daemon with envy.
" I thought you had 3rd leg down there. How did it get so big?"
Daemon looked at him with a serious gaze.
" From birth. You aren't half bad either, and you are still growing."
Licht swore that he is never going to bathe with him again. This man was a monster. His physical body might be even bigger than orcs. He shuddered thinking of his proud hood. Especially, he thought about his brother Edward, who was in the same page as Daemon.
" Well let's forget about it."
Step*
Leah came out from the corridor. She walked to them with a calm manner. Her red eyes were scanning Licht and Daemon to find their strength. Particularly, she was curious about Licht who had received high evaluation for being both powerful and talented.
" Captain has summoned you. She said we had a new mission."
Her eyebrows creased slightly after smelling Licht's perfume. She acted like it was disgusting, but she liked the smell of the nature from it. She noted down this smell on her memory.
Licht immediately followed her with Daemon who was excited. He was like a child who got a new toy from his parents.
Knock*
They quickly arrived into the administration building. Licht knocked the door and opened it carefully.
He saw Regina who wore her battle gears with her rifle. She was holding a long-distance rifle with magnifier scope on the tip of the barrel. Additionally, there was another scope on the back of the rifle with a red cross.
" You are right on time. I will give an hour to prepare yourselves."
Daemon felt his blood boiling. He grinned with a his signature smile.
" Where are we going?"
