Capítulo 39: Who Is She?

Li Ran felt like there was a bone stuck in her throat. She felt terrible. It seems...in the past...she never met his friends. How did he wait for her for ten years?

"Of course I'll meet your friends! We've been married for some time now and I haven't met your friends at all. It's a good opportunity for me to meet them!" Li Ran said. 

Lu Sichen sighed in relief when he heard this. He felt that she won't agree to it. After all, she was forced to get married to him. She must have some grievances in her heart. But Lu Sichen thought that Li Ran was complaining when she said that he has never met his friends before. He felt that he has done something wrong. He should have done this sooner 

"I'm sorry Ran Ran. I should have taken you to meet my friends sooner". Lu Sichen said. 

Li Ran felt even more terrible when she saw how Lu Sichen was acting around her. She almost slapped a hand on her forehead. Is he really so scared of her losing her temper with him?
