CRYSTALLE'S POV
as the bell rang, I started to fix my belongings and so as my self, suddenly, someone came Infront of me as I saw a girl who have a brown and innocent face greeted me with a smile.
"hello there!my name is Alexandra,alexandra Breckenridge-mendez."
"uh,hello..what is it?"
I'm not that good when it comes to socializing people, whenever we have a meeting, it was devian who always talking our business partner while I'm just the one who decides weather their proposal was good enough to our company. I don't have any friends ever since I was still a child, I'm from a well known family and the only thing I always do is to study, study and study.
that's why I got graduate in harvard university with a course of electrical engineering at the age of 15. it's sounds too unbelievable but that's the truth. I'm also a mathematician who teaches children in the orphanage sometimes.
"are you going to cafeteria? let's go together,I want to have a conversation with you, since I'm the only girl here in S-class, I only talk to them when there's something I can't understand."
she give me a faint smile. normally I always say 'I'm busy. so get out of my face.' but in order to not get suspected, I need to act like a student.
"Sure..I'll just place my things in the lockers first."
"Then I'll lead you there."
we start walking in the outside but before that, I passed to devian's seat first and whisper something to him. 'talk to rheyne. he might have an information about the P.N academy.'
as we came out,all of the student's eyes was on us, I don't why but it really annoyed me as hell so I look at them coldly, they suddenly avoid their gaze and came back on what they doing. they keep gossiping something, and I was about to stop when Alexandra spoke.
"you should get use to it. .since S-class was a group of skilled students, that's why they looking at us as if they are afraid."
"so you killed many people too?"
that's make her gasps, I saw in my peripheral vision that she smiled sweetly and replies, "yeah.. I have."
even tho she said those words with a sweet smile on his face, that's already enough for me to know that she's also one of the dangerous people that I need to becareful of. sometimes.. the purest assassin are the most lethal of all, although.. it's up to that person whether if they will polished their skills so much or not.
"what about you,elyze?why did you study here?"
"to have some fun..I guess?"
"So you're having fun killing innocent people, huh?" she give me an awkward smile, well I understand why she's like that, she probably thinking of me as a psychopath who thinks people as her toy, I won't argue with that but.. innocent? heh, I doubt about it.
"Innocent?I think you're wrong about that."
there's a hint of wondering look on his face, so I smile to Alexandra plainly before fix my uniform and spoke again. "the word 'innocent' are not good definition if a person have already kill someone."
those last words stop her from walking, I'm just telling the truth here, there's no such an innocent person existed in this world, in the end, all of us were tainted beings like a rotten apple who fall from eden's garden. were not even christ, we are 'humans'. infact, even the angels are not that saints either. they may be 'near' from perfect but that's all there's to it. you should not forget, even the most beautiful angel who ever made by the god become fallen.
"let's go."
"U-uh yeah.."
as we reach at the elevator, we were supposed to open the door when we saw a group of men, laughing noisily inside, as soon as they saw us, a loathsome grin formed to his ugly face as they started to surround us.
"looks like we're lucky to have such a beautiful prey today.."
the person who spoke just now was the man who have a tattoo on his left face and piercing earrings, which I think their leader, we was about to ride in the elevator when he talk to me.
"Hey, Miss, wanna have some fun?" I arched my eyebrow to him and replied.
"... no thanks."
I just licked my lips out of frustration and close my eyes to calm myself especially when they blocked us using their dirty foot, they ride in the elevator as well and press the 1st button, I can even smell their bad breathe but I just tried to endure it as they pointed the knife on my neck.
"hey, hey, looks like this bitch was defying you boss!"
"Elyze!"
"Hey, didn't I tell you that have some fun with me?huh?!"
his tone rise up, I just clench my fist, but when they hold our shoulder using their dirty hands, I grabbed their wrist and cuss to them, god for pete sake! he's so annoying!
"shut up,will you?you bullshit."
"Huh?!you bitch—!!" As their leader began to attack us, the elevator abruptly closed along with them. I quickly pulled out my favorite dagger from my pocket and sliced the man's neck, sending his blood flying throughout the elevator. I then pulled out a second dagger when someone attempted to stab me in the back. But I managed to stop him by using the man next to me as a shield. As I give them a stern look, there are now only two students left out of the original five. Their blood nearly turned the entire elevator red, and even their leader's face radiated fear.
"w-who the hell are yo—KUAACCKK!"
I cut their throat without hesitation and didn't allow him to finish speaking. As the elevator doors opened, I reached into my pocket for a handkerchief to wipe the blood that had been spitting on my hand and face. The students were startled and began to tremble as soon as they saw the blood covering the entire elevator. As we were about to leave, I noticed their leader tightly holding my feet as he slowly died before falling to the ground.
"if I said I don't want.. I don't want to, know your place, you scum."
when both of us was about to leave, for some reason, my wristwatch suddenly light up so I look at it, what the hell is this? I thought this is just an ordinary I.D pass?
'500 points has been added! total of points: 1000 points.'
I started to fiddle my I.D pass, and then a few minutes later, I slowly understand what's the real purpose of this things. this device may be called as points collector. probably the more people I killed the higher points I can get, I do think that this points was also considered as the money.
so if I don't kill anyone then I won't survive here, huh? in the end, this school's top priority is 'killing.' now I slowly gets accustomed to the rules of this school.
'W-who is she?!'
'A newbie?!'
'its very cruel..'
'She's from S-class..'
'No wonder why she's so cruel.. she's from the room of monsters!'
'Heartless..'
I noticed that Alexandra did not follow me so I turned back and there I saw her who was dumfounded right now while staring at five corpses surrounding him.
"Alexandra.. should we get going?"
"R-right!I'm sorry.."
she must be flustered about my move earlier, well everyone will, I just slit their throat without any hesitation. all of my enemy's reaction were always like that. I've been trained by devian to become a flawless assassins for almost six years. flexibility, agility, intelligence and strength. she make me as the strongest, enough to be par on him.
he trained my mind, show me how the world was like, which is why, killing a living beings doesn't affect me that much. well, I have no choice. those are part of contract as well. in order to make those damn butterflies pay, I need to sold everything to him. including my freedom.
"but.. that's really cruel tho.. they are still humans, even if they are like that." she give me another awkward smile and avoid her gaze, I stare to her but shortly after, I smirk secretly.. now I slowly understand what was her personality like, though, that disappoint me a little.
"human, huh? you should know how to differentiate between humans and non-humans."
"..what?"
"nothing." I answered.
we arrived at the cafeteria, the students started to gossips to each other but I choose to ignore them and went to the counter and looked at the menu. tsh. I can't find something good to eat, I already try all of it, since the menu here in P.N academy was also the same as devian's order.
"have you order?"
"30 seconds." in the end, I just choose the beef bourguinon and a juice, I place my I.D pass at the mysterious AI robot beside me, and in just a seconds, the 1000 points I have has now turn into 800 points. this AI robots acts as the cashier of cafeteria, they are the one who handled payments and receipts or other businesses.
"there!"
Alexandra pointed the table from the back. that's when I noticed devian waving me, but I just rolled my eyes to him, he's with the others who were part of S-class, so I have no choice but to share a table with them.
"sit here. elyze."
I ignored devian and didn't spoke him instead I just sat beside him and started to eat silently. I have no time to socialize with these guys, once I'm done eating, I'll straight to the classroom. that would be the wise decision.
'The S-class.. this is unusual for them to have a lunch in cafeteria. normally they always in their own villa.'
"Damn man, I feel their intense aura!'
"T-that girl was from the S-class?!'

''The one who killed the five students earlier!'

I started to wondered when devian suddenly laughed at me while sipping his coffee gracefully.
"I see..so you caused ruckus again at the first day of our school huh? that's why you always been kicked out."
"Huh?what are you saying? I don't get kick out."
"You're the one who kill those gangsters?! that's cool."
this reaction is coming from the guy who 'welcome' me earlier using dagger earlier, when he notice that I'm frowning to him. that's when he introduced his self.
"I'm sorry I haven't introduce myself but.. my name is Chauncey Aadavan steinhart, the vice president of S-class or class zero and student Council if damion was not here you can ask me if you have a question. nice to meet you." he replied and I nod.
Chauncey Aadavan steinhart, huh? he seems so strong so I'll try to remember his name. I drank my juice not until, devian start to preach me out of the blue.
"don't drink too much juice.. it can lead to inappropriate gain."
"what are you?my father?I can do anything I want."
"I'm just warning you, atleast listen to me."
"Say what you want. I don't care."
"so stubborn.."
"I've been wondering about this but what's your relationship to each other?"
we stop talking as soon as we heard chauncey laughs.. oh crap, I can't say that 'devian was a demon and he just made a contract with me', I'm sure they won't believe that and possibly, they will think of me as a crazy girl.
"he's my—"
I didn't continue what I want to say when devian suddenly approached me and pull me closer towards him.
"She's my fiance,and we will get married 9 months from now." rheyne and rohan almost choked when they heard devian's replies to chauncey while laughing silently on the edge. even me my jaw almost drops because of his lame excuses!
"woah,a couple huh? that's sweet!" alexandra said to us. I gave her a force smile and secretly tramped Devian's his feet before give rohan and rheyne a cold glare causes them to fell silence. I'll kill this two later!
"You're lucky devian, having such a beautiful bride!" this was chauncey this time, I was supposed to speak when devian pull me closer to him even more, I smell his perfume and even his cold breathe, hitting on my face, my heart is throbbing because of embarrassment as I tried to struggle on him but he didn't let me go, instead he pull me closer even more.
"Yeah, so true..I'm so lucky to have her."
what's more surprising is He kissed my head reason why rohan and rheyne laugh quietly again as if like they enjoying the show that devian putting Infront of them. this demon he always do as he please!!
"she's one of a kind after all."
"a-anyway!I-I still don't know the others name yet! especially those twins.. what are their names?"
the twins stop laughing as soon as I asked their name as they hastily turn their face to me while I'm still giving them a death glare and smiling sweetly, enough for them to feel the pressure I'm putting on them. meanwhile, rohan just go back to playing psp as if nothing happened.
"What's your name?"
"R-rheyne Jaden Morgan..nice to meet you."
"and that's rheyne's twin, rohan Jadon morgan, unlike rheyne, he's so lazy and silent, but when it comes to battle he's a veteran, especially when it comes to hacking ,not just hacking, he's also good when it comes to swords."
I didn't surprise anymore since that's the truth.
those two, rheyne and rohan are the inner members of phantom's knight, if rohan was good when it comes to hacking and swords technique, rheyne's specialty is sniping, he can shot the target atleast 750 meters or more.
"and my name is Damion Amadeus Del luna, the president of student council of class zero."
this was the man earlier who surrounded by the dark aura, damion amadeus del luna, I feel like I want to test him. this guy have a brown neatly combed hair in the side, while wearing a silver-rimmed eyeglasses, he also have a pale white skin and pinkish lips. perfect jaws, long eyelashes, pointed nose and beautiful dark brown eyes. he really look like an angel who descended in heaven, but behind those beautiful face of him, a dark personality lies. I can tell how dangerous he is, I can feel it. if I rate it how strong he is, he probably par to me.
I immediately look around then I just noticed just now that the reaper and angel guy isn't here. so I asked them..
"where's the other two transferee students?"
"Oh, you mean zepphyr and jotaro, I don't know but those two were so mysterious, but if they manage to get in at S-class, I think they are also strong..the S-class or known as Class zero are group of skilled students after all.. they are monsters when it comes to killings, no, we are monsters when it comes to killing people. seeing them grieving and begging on us to spare their lives is our pleasure."
Chauncey smirk on us, I stopped eating when I felt the dark aura wrapped around to them as if like they telling me to fear them, and those mindsets makes me laugh inside. they should be the one who fear me instead, I don't know how many people they have killed but.. I killed millions of people within six years, innocent or not, and rohan and rheyne knows that so much that's why they give the others a secret glare.
I immediately stood up on my seat. "oh you done already..?"
"yeah."
I returned my tray to the counter but soon after, I stop walking as soon as we heard a huge 'slam' of the door, that's when I saw dozens of long-standing men holding a different weapons such as bat, daggers, rapiers, knife and so on. I return to our table while frowning so I asked Chauncey to enlightened me.
"Who are them?"
"you don't know?they are friends of those 8 people that you killed earlier, they call themselves as 'phoenix.' looks like they are here to avenge the death of their friends.. becareful, newcomer. don't die."
chauncey teases me before going back in eating, but I just choose to ignore them and go back to my seat again. I heard tons of people, whispering to each other and even feel their emotions. some are afraid, some are excited, and some of them is just normal as if like they already accustomed to this events.
'Hey, hey, they really have their revenge here, Infront of the S-class?! are they crazy?'
'yeah anyway we should leave here, it'll gonna be a bloody fight between them!'
'lets go!'
the Students in the cafeteria started to leave one by one, until only the S-class and the group called 'Phoenix' have left inside, they slowly approached our table as a huge black person with a cold voice spoke to me.
"hey,are you the one who killed my members?"
"who are you?"
"My name is Billy Smith, the leader of 'phoenix'..I asked you again, are you the one who killed jasper Devoraux?"
"Who is jasper Devoraux, chauncey?"
"pfft, the one you killed earlier."
I nodded to him. so that guy's name is jasper devoroux huh? and seeing them here just means they want to avenge it's death. talking about weaklings.
"So you are really the one who killed him! how dare you?! you don't know who you are messing!"
"please don't yell here, I'm just right Infront of you."
I replied using my monotone voice. Chauncey and Rheyne just laugh them, their leader gritted his teeth because of embarrassment, as he pointed damion del luna while his face started to turns into red because of anger.
"I challenge you, the class zero, to have a duel with us,the phoenix!!I won't let my members to died in vain!"
all of them look to bill smith. a huge silence re-engulfed between us, while the presence of S-class changes once more as they give him a cold and looking down glance like an insect. not until, rohan shattered those silence and raise his hand while yawning.
"pass. I'm sleepy."
"our classes will start soon."
this time, damion cough two times before give bill a simple smile. he stand up Infront of me and talk to them calmly and started to make a reason.
"you heard them, Phoenix. you see, the S-class was too busy right now. put aside your revenge first..maybe next time."
"and even if We have a duel here right now.. you have no chance of winning against on us." chauncey replied and smirk. and again, students who's at the outside of the cafeteria started to laugh at them, I notice that bill smith clench his fist especially when he heard chauncey's answer.
"I lost an appetite, I'll just came back on our villa."
the others stand up as well. so I just followed them not until, I felt a bat filled with nails pointed to me, so I give them a threatening look. so persistent, it's already obvious that they have no chance against to S-class so why do they keep challenging them? was it because of their will to revenge to me?
"Didn't We tell you already that we have no time for this?"
"this is the reason why I really hate S-class, you're always acting like a superior even if you are just students just like us!What are you?a god of this school?! don't make me laugh!you are just weak as the other students out there!!"
and now that pisses the others off. in just one word, the whole cafeteria was now brimming in dark presence because of them. weak, I think that this guy don't know the real meaning of 'weak.' ofcourse, that annoys the hell out of me as well, I just decided to respect and be wary to the S-class strength but this guy just ruined it.
"see?!you can't even speak up! weaklings!"
In just a moment I quickly ran behind their leader and took his bat with a nails before pointed it on his neck.
"Shut up.you pisses me off, Dumb."
"you bitch-!!" they was about to attack me but Devian suddenly popped up Infront and took his dagger behind his back and threw it to one of it's member's heart reason for him to fall on the ground and died.
"mike!" their leader yelled, After that he was about to punch devian's stomach but I immediately sent him a kick, so he gave us a bad look and order his companion to attack us.
"damn you monsters!"
the other guy was suppose to attack me again when Chauncey blocked it using his rapier and stabbed him from the neck, its blood splattered at the whole table and slowly fall on the ground.
"seriously, I'm not planning to get filled with blood again but you annoyed me..so payed it with your lives.
die."

thirty minutes have passed, almost all members of Phoenix had no more lives and only Billy was left alone, when I noticed a man who was forced to stand to attack me damion quickly tossed his dagger and struck it's forehead.
"first thing first, don't mess the S-class, Second know your place, and Third.. don't challenge us if you know that you have no chance of winning."
that's what damion replied to him while emphasizing every words that keep coming out on his mouth, when Chauncey speak up while looking to nis wristwatch.
"oopsie, its time for us to go Damion ,let him live atleast." chauncey said to him before wiping his blood-stained hand using his white handkerchief before throwing it in front of billy.
this time, rheyne who was also filled with blood spoke, "besides, he's already beat up, its just a waste of time if we kill him right here."
tsk. here comes his habit again, he really loves looking down someone, that's why he always get scolded by auntie, rheyne jayden moriarty, he's good at provoking someone, he's also a madman who loves bloodshed so much, which is why he have a lots of enemies that even the high-ranking organization almost wiped by him only. while on the other hand, his twin, rohan jaydon Moriarty is the opposite, he prefer less bloodshed and keep fighting his enemies using his intelligence, he's the same as me but.. his devilishness almost surpassed devian, rohan is the only person who dared to talk back with the emperor of hell, but since devian couldn't get his revenge to him because of me, he have no choice but to just sit back, they are the core of my organization, including devian, And I called them as the 'Evil Trinity'.
back to present, damion just sighed and turn its back to him.
"lets go, its time for the second class, there's a punishment awaits you if you get late." damion said casually as if nothing happened and started to walk, the others Follow them until devian and I only left.
"so this is where it ends?too bad..I still want to watch how does S-class punished those who messing up with them."
"this is not a movie theater devian." we was about to leave when I heard the poor whisper of their leader.
"kill me..." that's what he always keep saying, the others didn't hear him since they already in the outside of the cafeteria. I smirk as soon as I saw his frowning face who almost beat up into pulp, especially when he asked me.
"you..why didn't you killed me?"
"I only killed people if my lives was at risk or If that person was not a weakling.. but on my point of view, you don't even pass at my taste."
that's my last message to him before leave in the cafeteria, I can't help but to stare at the students who were on the side, they made a path and avoiding us while giving the S-class a fear and hatred glances. however.. these people beside me didn't care anything at all, just because they knew that they are more superior than them. in this school where the weak don't stand a chance against the strongest. and the only way to survive is to become stronger like them. this is the S-class..now I understand what does Alexandra meant earlier.

they didn't name them as 'monsters' without any reason. because they are indeed a group of monsters that gathers in one classroom. and now we became one of them.
"what do you say about this school devian?"
"I must say..its interesting."
"indeed..I guess I will stay here for a little longer."
"not a bad Idea.. if S-class are full of heartless people then.. we must act like them as well."

THIRD PERSON POV
when the S-class leaves in the cafeteria, the bell just rang so the other students started to leave as well one by one, only the corpse of 8 people have left inside the cafeteria and then billy smith, who was leaning at the walls, the staff in the cafeteria also leaves and pretend that they didn't see nor witnessed anything, that makes billy smith clench his teeth.
"those damn S-class bastards! you made a wrong choice to spare me.. Especially you, Elyze Moriarty!!" he keep cursing crystalle's name on his head, as he tried to stand up by using the walls as his support, he went outside of the cafeteria and while walking in the hallways, someone bump his shoulder causes him to fall on the floor.
"HEY! l-look at where you going!! do you want to die?!" when he opened his eyes, he saw a young man who have a curly silver hair and sky blue eyes looking at him using his poker face, when billy saw his gold-colored nametag pinned on his red blazer where his section and name written, his anger that subsided just now ignited once more before he give the young man a death glare, clenching his fist and gritting his teeth.
"eh..? why there's a walking corpse here?" that makes billy exploded because of anger, he took his dagger and use his remaining strength to attack the young man, but he just went sideways causes billy to lose a balance.
"Y-you.. Because of you, I'm going to hunt you forever to the depths of hell! Damn you S-class!"
He attacks him repeatedly, but the young man always blocks him. This time, it was the young man who attacked Billy; he kicked his stomach and dashed on his back before taking his knife and stabbing Billy's heart from behind. Blood began to spurt, and as Billy slowly knelt on the ground and coughed up some blood, the young man took his hair before looking to him pitifully.
"Don't feel bad, mister.. that hatred will keep devouring you forever if you keep living in this cruel world, and As the child of god, he give me a duty to protect the people and I must live up to his expectation.. may you rest in peace.." Just as the young man was about to leave, a familiar voice spoke from behind him. He saw a man holding a black notebook who is 5'8 tall wearing eyeglasses, has green eyes, and is sporting a serious expression. It is none other than Jotaro Miller. Billy slowly fell, and her body turned cold. The young man, which was zepphyr fuentavila, removed the knife from his heart before wiping it with his white handkerchief. meanwhile, jotaro sighed and adjusted his spectacles bridge.
"Billy Smith, 19 yrs old, died in a stabbed straightly to his heart.. what an unfortunate soul, getting killed in the hand of a second sphere angels, can you explain about this, the prince of authority, zepphyr fuentavilla?"
the empyrean kingdom, it is the center of heaven realms, where all the angels and archangels living. in empyrean kingdom, there are seven princes who protects their kingdom against the demons, they are the group of holy existence who's not allowed to go down in earth, unless if there's an important mission that they need to accomplished however.. after the 4th heavenly war ended, some of the princes flew away and went in earth, as the maestro of seven archangel princes, zepphyr was task to find the princes and have them go back in empyrean kingdom to prepare for the upcoming fifth heavenly war.
zepphyr just stare to billy's corpse and replied, "this person is full of hatred, he won't be in peace if there's a grudge building up inside him, it wasn't his fault for being born in this cruel world."
silence engulfed around them, for the second time, jotaro let out another sigh once more before he walk passed to the corpse, by the time he put his notebook inside of his blazer, he already harvested the soul.
"as long as you won't be hindrance to my mission, we can act as a normal classmate like the others, and please.. don't bring too much problem, the reaper association having a hard time to clean your mess, well then, nice to meet you."
