Capítulo 37: Rimuru's Fury!!
In a certain part of the Jura Forest, thousands of bodies could be seen piled up.
One certain figure could be seen standing on top of them with a frown.
"17,000 soldiers, huh? So many, yet so weak." Diablo muttered while looking at the bodies below him with disdain.
"Kufufu, well no matter, since that's all done, you three are the last ones that need to be dealt with." Diablo looked at the three individuals in front of him with a smile.
"W-what are you!?" Clayman staggered back with his mouth agape.
Frey unconsciously walked behind Milim in fear.
Milim herself seemed unbothered by the situation, rather she was fidgety behind Clayman while looking toward the main battlefield.
"Judging by your reaction Demon Lord Milim, Lucifer's assumption seems to be correct. You are not under control, rather you are simply acting. If that is the case, I suggest you come forth now or Lucifer will be in trouble.." Diablo simply stared at Milim with narrowed eyes but his lips were slightly curving up.
Diablo knew he wasn't her opponent, but his gaze held no fear, rather his battle spirit was ignited by just her immense aura.
"W-what!? Milim is under my contr-!" Clayman turned around to check Milim's status but his vision turned black immediately.

Inside the leading airship, Rudra can be seen sitting on his throne with Velgrynd beside him.
"Are they seriously having trouble with one individual?" Rudra frowned while looking at the holographic screen in front of him which showed the battlefield.
"Does it matter, we brought nearly the entire army, even if it was a demon lord other than Guy or Milim, they would have trouble." Velgrynd spoke while softly stroking his golden hair.
"Regardless, depending on the situation I might need you to participate and deal with him." Rudra continued to stare at the holographic screen showing Lucifer fighting against his army.
"W-what? It would be pointles-"
"Velgrynd, just because your a True Dragon doesn't mean you should underestimate every formidable foe. I'm a human but even I became stronger than you." Rurdra cut off Velgrynd before she could finish speaking.
"But your special, you even got that red-haired demon Guy to see you as a rival." Velgrynd retorted with a smile.
"I'm just a human born with talent, nothing else." Rudra simply replied while not taking his eyes off the screen.
Velgrynd simply stayed silent at his words.
"Hmm? I didn't notice this before because I was so focused on the screen but since when was there a barrier surrounding the battlefield?" Rudra questioned while staring through the airship wall.
"I didn't even notice until you brought it up."
"How did we not notice it?" Velgrynd frowned also looking out the wall.
"Cheeky bastard." A glint of realization went across Rudra's face.
"Huh?" Velgrynd stared curiously at Rudra.
"That guy Lucifer, when he snapped his finger, he didn't just emit a powerful electrical surge from his fingers, he also released a sort of Magic EMP that even reached us here silently. That EMP distorted the surrounding Magicules feeding us false information. I would have noticed but it seems I'm losing my touch." Rudra clenched his fist and then unclenched it, he could feel his control slipping because of his alter ego.
"It seems the barrier is meant to weaken our forces and keep souls in." Velgrynd muttered.
"Well, we simply need to break it." Rudra pointed his index finger downward as if aiming at something.
"Are you sure? As you probably already know, your basically abandoning the 300,000 souls."
"I know but it's not as if we have powers that could revive them anyways."
As soon as Rudra finished his words, he sent a beam of light that seemingly went through the airship, straight toward the ground.
"Be ready to interfere when deemed necessary."

On the battlefield, Lucifer can be seen continuously spinning his staff in a circular motion blocking all the magical attacks coming at him.
"Is that all you bastards got!? HAHAHA, I can do this all day!" Lucifer exclaimed while continuously knocking out his opponents with his Bo Staff.
"Huh-" Lucifer was caught off guard by a beam from behind but immediately did a front flip and spun in order to avoid it.
"That was close."
Lucifer looked behind him and noticed it was the guy he thought he knocked out.
He lunged at the panicked soldiers and swung his Bo Staff directly toward the soldier's temple.
Whooshh!!
"Eh?" The soldier closed his eyes waiting for his impending doom but nothing came, once he opened his eyes, he noticed the Bo Staff stopped inches before his head.
'Why am I knocking these guy's out in the first place? I know very well if the situations were reversed they wouldn't hesitate to kill me and those I love.'
'Was it because of Rimuru? Am I unconsciously trying to please him? Is that why I am using a non-lethal weapon for the first time?' Lucifer frowned while hesitating in deep thought.
While Lucifer was deep in thought, Kondo took advantage of this and immediately swung his spear horizontally toward Lucifer's neck from behind.
Lucifer snapped out of his thoughts and immediately turned around, blocking the spear with his Bo Staff.
BAM!
Even though he blocked it, he was still launched at a hefty distance of a couple thousand meters.
Stabilizing his footing on the ground he instantly appeared back in the spot he was tethered to.
"It seems I've been going easy on you guys, but to think I was acting like this over some romance, haha." Lucifer chuckled at his stupidity.
CRACK!
CRASH!
At first, a crack appeared around the whole battlefield until suddenly a barrier appeared but soon started to break down.
"As expected of someone like the emperor, he found out about the barrier and broke it quite easily. Well, that's not gonna stop me anyways, if I were to hesitate to kill because I want to be loved by Rimuru then that wouldn't be the real me." Lucifer glanced toward the broken barrier disinterestedly, he expected the Emperor to figure it out, but he only did it out of respect for Rimuru.
"But before I love anyone else, I totally fucking love myself the most! So let's wreak some havoc!!" Lucifer grinned madly before transforming his Bo Staff into a scythe.
He started to pour more Magicules into his scythe which was glowing black radiantly.
Looking around himself, he suddenly disappeared with a streak of lightning and appeared back in his previous spot.
"What was tha-?"
A soldier was about to question what happened until he felt his vision turn upside down.
"AGhhh!"
"Oh my g!-"
"AHHH!-"
Such situations were happening all across the battlefield, heads were in the air with confused faces.
"DAMN YOU!" Kondo lunged at Lucifer with eyes filled with fury.
"Go away." Lucifer disinterestedly glanced toward Kondo and pointed his finger toward him.
BOOM!
An emission of lighting discharged from Lucifer's finger, hitting Kondo directly causing a small explosion.
"Argh!-" Kondo fell on his knees coughing blood.
'I didn't wanna use my Ultimate Skill because of the risks but it seems I have no choi-' Kondo's thoughts were cut short by the spike in Magicules coming from the sky.
Lucifer slowly inhaled and exhaled out before extending his scythe upwards.
Clouds started to gather over the whole of the Jura Forest.
'Divine Enlightenment'
"No this is not good!-" Kondo tried to run toward Lucifer but it was too late.
BOOM!
Purple lightning crashed down upon Lucifer's figure who seemed to be embracing it with ease.
Kondo was sent flying back by the explosion.
The debris from the lightning pressed against the soldiers and tanks who raised their Magicules to the limit in order to protect themselves.
Once the debris and smoke disappeared, Lucifer can be seen completely enveloped by lightning.
His black slim armor seemed to have camouflaged with the lightning making him seem like a being of complete lightning.
"Fall." He muttered.
BOOM!
Lightning descended onto the soldiers.
"AHhhh!"
"Fall."
BOOM!
"IT HURTSS!"
"Fall."
BOOM!
"I HAVE A FAMILY!"
"Fall."
BOOM!
Lucifer continuously brought down lightning upon them, regardless of their situation.
"This is what happens when you cross the wrong person."
Lucifer put his hands over one another until gathering an immense amount of Magicules in them.
"What is this?"
"What's with this static?"
"Look, all the Magicules are going toward him."
As if demonstrating his power, the Magicules in the air started to static around the soldiers.
Magicules in the atmosphere started to go toward Lucifer as if answering his call.
A small ball of lightning started to form between his hands.
SCREECHHH!!
A screeching noise started to emit from the small ball of lightning, Lucifer's face seemed to be in deep concentration.
"You guys are fucked!" Lucifer had a strained smirk on his face because he knew very well that this small ball of lighting could very well kill half of the 900,000.
"Begone-"
As soon as Lucifer was about to release it, he felt someone with an immense aura teleport in front of him, so he canceled his ability immediately.
CLASH!
Bringing out his scythe he randomly swung it in front of him and clashed against a sword causing debris to fly up.
"My, my, that's quite dangerous. Luckily I interfered right on time, who knows what would have happened." Lucifer heard an alluring feminine voice.
Once the debris disappeared Lucifer smirked at the individual.
"Did I make the oh-great True Dragon Velgrynd a bit scared?"
"You should be more careful of your surroundings." Velgrynd ignored his words and smirked.
Lucifer's eye's widened, he felt something lodge inside him, slowly looking down he noticed a blade going through him.
"H-how?" Lucifer questioned confusedly.
Velgrynd simply looked behind him.
He slowly turned around and noticed Kondo had taken advantage of the situation and used Velgrynd's aura as cover.
"Bastard-Argh!" Lucifer coughed blood.
He could see Kondo pushing his blade deeper until finally twisting it with Magicules at an inhuman speed.
"Shit-Puak!" Lucifer looked down at the large hold in the middle of his chest and started coughing up even more blood.
Lucifer's grip on his scythe weakened momentarily, and Velgrynd took advantage of the moment.
SLASH!
Velgrynd used more force and slashed down on Lucifer, Lucifer immediately dodged to the right but it was for naught.
Nonetheless, he moved.
ZOOM!
With a trail of lighting behind him, he backed up hundreds of meters away.
Drip.
Drip.
"J-jeez I l-lost my left arm twice in one day, I can't even regenerate this time." Lucifer looked at his missing left arm which was dripping with blood and just chuckled.
"Velgrynd!"
"Our guardian has saved us!"
"She will purge this foe!"
Cheers started to come from the surrounding soldiers.
"Why did you interfere? I had him." Velgrynd questioned Kondo with a displeased look.
"My apologies my lady, I just wanted to end it fast." Kondo bowed even though he was in a ragged condition.
"Whatever, let's finish it." Velgrynd started to walk closer to Lucifer with Kondo behind her.
"Look who came *cough*, bitch number 1 and bitch number 2." Lucifer still had his armor on so his face couldn't be seen but they would have seen a smirk on Lucifer's face.
"With that missing left arm, hole in your chest, and basically no Magicules, you still have that smug attitude." Kondo remarked with a frown.
"Do you not feel that?" Lucifer questioned while still smiling.
"Feel what?"
"The fury of my partner."
CRACK!
As soon as Lucifer finished his sentence the ground started to crack open in front of him.
The whole battlefield was being cracked open in half.
BOOM!
Until suddenly crimson red magma jumped up the cracks,
"Hell Magma!?" Velgrynd eyes widened in surprise, she grabbed Kondo and flew high into the air.
The magma continued to rise, 100 meters, 500 meters, 1000 meters, 3400 meters...
It continuously rose as if it was a wave and came down as if it was a wave.
Lucifer himself didn't expect such a thin, he watched the powerful magma sweep over half the battlefield with a gobsmacked face.
Half the land was smoldered with bright magma that one couldn't touch. Soldiers couldn't even scream because of how fast the magma killed them.
Cracks on the floor on the untouched side could be seen with magma boiling out.
Soon after, Velgrynd and Kondo landed back on the ground near Lucifer.
Velgrynd had a hardened expression while Kondo was speechless.
"O-over 400,000 soldiers died by that one attack!?" Kondo fell on his knees as he saw the scorched bones of soldiers who fought side by side with him.
"What d-" Velgrynd was about to question who did that until she felt an ominous aura approaching at high speed.
"Be ready!" Velgrynd warned Kondo, who immediately got back into stance.
BOOM!
As if a meteor came down, something landed directly in front of Lucifer but surprisingly, the debris didn't touch him.
Once the debris cleared up, a person with blue hair, a short stature, with glowing golden eyes gleaming.
A black and red aura could be seen pulsating off him in waves, filled with fury.
"Lucifer, I'm so gonna kill you when we're back." Rimuru muttered while staring at the two beings in front of him.
Lucifer smirked at his words but stayed silent.
In front of Rimuru, words only he could see appeared.
