Capítulo 641: Chapter 638: St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries (Edited)

He was overcome by a cold sensation and felt as if he had passed through a curtain of water and found himself in a crowded waiting room.

Because it felt too real in that moment, even though Fish was dry, he instinctively shook his head.

(ω´≡ω´)

After shaking his hair, Fish's cat ears mischievously emerged from his silver-gray hair, and a white and black cat tail reappeared behind Fish's behind, gently swaying a few times before curling into an S shape and standing upright.

"Is this San Mungo, nya?"

(°ω°≡°ω°)

Fish moved his ears and looked around curiously.

Rows of wizards and witches sat on rickety wooden chairs, some looking normal, reading expired copies of Wizard Weekly, while others had horrific deformities like elephant trunks or an extra hand on their chest.

The room was no quieter than the street as there were many patients making very strange noises...

A sweaty witch in the middle of the front row fanned herself with a copy of the Daily Prophet, emitting a constant shrill whistle and spewing steam; a disheveled wizard in the corner sounded like a bell when he moved, his head swung horribly with each ring, and he had to hold it steady by grabbing his ears.

Wizards, men and women in green robes, walked among the waiting patients, asking questions, taking notes on writing boards like Umbridge's, a wand and bone cross embroidered on their chests.

"Are they doctors?" Harry whispered to Ron.

"Doctors?" Ron seemed surprised. "Those mad Muggles who cut people open? No, they're healers."

"Nyahaha! They look so funny!"

Fish pointed at the peculiar-looking types and burst into laughter.

When the patients on the wooden chairs heard Fish's ridicule, they all looked over, but after seeing Fish, their dissatisfaction subsided, and they smiled bitterly in embarrassment.

Some of the younger witches squealed and covered their faces, not wanting to be seen by Fish, while others seemed to recognize who Fish was and whispered among themselves, nodding and smiling at him as a gesture of goodwill.

"I'm sorry, Fish didn't mean to mock you," Mrs. Weasley apologized, stepping forward to apologize to the patients before dragging an innocent-looking Fish to the back of the line.

At the front of the line, a chubby blonde witch was sitting at a table labeled "Consultations," the wall behind her covered in notices and posters, and a large portrait of a witch with long silver curls...

"It's Dilys, nya!"

?(ΦωΦ)?

Excitedly tiptoeing, Fish waved his arms at Dilys Derwent's portrait.

"Hello, Fish," replied the portrait Dilys with a wink and a smile.

After greeting Dilys, Fish refocused his attention on the people ahead of them in line.

At the front of the line was a young wizard dancing a strange, fast dance, shouting in pain as he tried to explain his situation to the witch behind the table; it seemed his brother had played a prank on him.

On the other side, George and Fred looked at each other and let out mischievous chuckles.

Then there was an elderly wizard with a trumpet-shaped hearing aid who, after the unfortunate person in front of him left, was loudly negotiating with the chubby blonde witch in a stuttering voice, as if he had come to visit someone.

In front of them was a tired-looking witch and her daughter, clinging to her neck because otherwise, she would fly away.

Fish looked at the little witch with a large pair of feathered wings protruding from her back and proudly said, "Fish has wings too!"

(`´)

At that moment, Fish spread his arms with a fluttering motion, and then his arms transformed into a pair of large feathered wings, carrying Fish's body into the air.

"Look!"

The little witch with flapping wings stood frozen, looked at the man pulling her by the neck, and shouted, "Dad! I want to keep these wings."

Of course, the wizard disagreed and, following instructions from the plump blonde witch, dragged his tearful daughter, who didn't want to be attended to, up to the fifth floor.

Harry and the others: "..."

Mrs. Weasley wordlessly stared at Fish, still hovering in the sky flapping his wings, and then gestured for him to come down before turning her head and asking, "Hello, my husband Arthur Weasley changed wards this morning, may I inquire...?"

The plump blonde witch glanced at Fish, then again... and again...

It wasn't until Mrs. Weasley urged her once more that she averted her gaze, absentmindedly skimmed the long list in her hand, and said, "Arthur Weasley... oh, first floor, second door on the right, Day Llewellyn Ward."

"Thank you," said Mrs. Weasley, "Follow me."

To prevent Fish from causing any more trouble, she took Fish's hand in hers and pulled him towards the next set of double doors.

Through the double doors, down a narrow hallway lined with portraits of famous healers, glass bubbles with floating candles on the ceiling resembling giant soap bubbles, wizards in green robes entering and exiting each door, a yellow stench emanating from one door, and occasional faint sounds of sorrow.

And Fish heard more, groans of pain and sobs of grief coming from nearly every room.

"Nya..."

(?ω?)

Fish, who had been so cheerful moments ago, drooped his ears and his steps became increasingly slow...

"What's the matter, Fish?"

Mrs. Weasley, unable to tug him along, turned her head to look at Fish and noticed how downcast his mood had become.

Fish didn't respond, he just lowered his head, not knowing what he was thinking.

"Eh? Is there a water leak somewhere? Or is a faucet left running?" Fred suddenly asked, then looked around.

Others also heard the sound of splashing water, and the sound grew louder.

But no matter how much they looked, they couldn't find water running anywhere.

However, soon Harry and the others noticed that Moody wasn't scanning his surroundings; instead, he had both his magical and normal eye fixed on Fish, who stood before him.

Prompted by Moody, they realized that the sound of water seemed to be coming from Fish's body.

The sound of water grew louder, starting as a mere trickle, but now it was a rushing river, with waves building up. Even the hurried healers came to a sudden stop, their faces puzzled, turning their heads in confusion, and finally fixing their gaze on Fish.

There was a flash of light around Fish, and Harry and the others who were nearby could feel a torrent of water, yet when Harry touched his cheek, it was still dry, and his glasses remained unfogged.

Just as Harry was amazed, the sound of the tide in Fish's body abruptly ceased after reaching its peak, and in the next second, furious waves surged out of Fish's body!
