Capítulo 74: Chapter 74: Minerva's defeat was just around the corner (Edited).

After realizing that the big man was making things difficult for him, Fish began his struggle without saying a word.

Before that, Fish didn't really care whether or not he went through the trap door.

Just like normal kittens always like to look through the space under a door into a closed room, they are just curious what the inside looks like and mark it with a scent to make it their territory.

If they are allowed inside and there is nothing interesting inside, the cats will soon lose interest.

This was the case with Fish, who wanted to go inside when he saw the trap door, and didn't care if he didn't make it.

But now it's different.

These bad guys were deliberately keeping him out, while others were allowed in, and that was outrageous!

Fish stomped over Hagrid's body, spun around and landed in front of Fluffy in the form of a tiger-spotted cat.

[Soft Stone Spell]

Fish, in his tabby form, hit the ground with his paws, and the stones on the ground softened, and Fluffy's huge body sank in seconds.

After catching Fluffy, Fish waved his four paws and ran towards the trap door.

"I can't let you go down there, Fish."

With a grin on his face, Dumbledore didn't even pull out his wand, he just waved his fingers and a dozen human-sized clay puppets crawled up from the ground, all of them moving nimbly to surround and stop Fish.

"Meow!"(=`Д′=)

Another annoying transfiguration spell!

Fish swiped his claws at some of the clay puppets before returning to his human form and pulling out his wand.

"I know transfiguration too, meow!"

While he couldn't turn a dead one into a living one, he could turn a living one into a dead one, and he waved his wand at the clay puppets Dumbledore had created.

(●-`Д′-)つ━☆? *.

The bouncing clay dolls instantly turned into balls of wool.

"Great transfiguration!"

Dumbledore's eyes lit up with admiration, but his hands showed no mercy, turning the balls of wool into a bunch of guinea pigs, while reminding him, "Why don't you try turning these guinea pigs into other animals?"

Fish could also turn living things into living things, but only if they were living things.

The guinea pigs were turned back into living fish by Fish's transfiguration, bouncing on the ground.

A smirk crossed Dumbledore's face and, with a slight flick of his fingers, the fish bouncing on the ground were transformed into turtles... and, of course, soon transformed into something else by Fish.

The two sides went back and forth a few times, and after Dumbledore once again turned them into turtles, and shortly after Fish turned them into pigeons, Dumbledore took the initiative to stop.

"Didn't you just achieve your goal?"

Dumbledore said to Fish with a smile and a wink of his blue eyes.

"Meow?"

Fish looked at him in confusion, wondering what on earth the mean old man was talking about.

"Those turtles just now were made of stone," Dumbledore explained, "Congratulations, you've managed to master a higher level of transfiguration."

Dumbledore waved his fingers as he said this, turning the pigeons into lifeless chunks of stone, then nodded to Fish to try again.

"Meow?!" ⊙▽⊙

At this point, Fish didn't care about the trapdoor, but kept waving his wand at the stones on the ground, making them switch back and forth between dead creatures and the living ones.

"Meow, hahaha! Fish is really the best." ( ̄? ̄)

After confirming that he had indeed mastered the ability to turn dead things into living things, Fish folded his arms and laughed.

Minerva's defeat was just around the corner!

...

In the end, Fish couldn't figure out what was behind the trapdoor.

But that didn't matter, because he finally had the means to defeat Minerva!

Besides, Hagrid had promised to take him to the Forbidden Forest at the end of the week to dissuade him from going through the trapdoor.

So Fish soon stopped bothering him, apparently more attracted to the Forbidden Forest than to an inexplicable subway cave.

In fact, Fish tried to sneak into the Forbidden Forest, but at first the mean old man kept a close eye on him and he couldn't even get into the owl hut, let alone the Forbidden Forest.

Then there were opportunities, but there were so many interesting things in Hogwarts Castle that Fish got distracted by other things and forgot about them for a while.

The same was true of the Black Lake, where, for various reasons, Fish had never been able to go fishing.

It wasn't until Hagrid mentioned it now that Fish's interest in the Forbidden Forest was rekindled.

And this time, for some reason, the mean old man wasn't stopping him.

Dumbledore was now comfortable with Fish, was already grooming him as his successor, and naturally wanted him to encounter more things and show off more of his skills.

The only problem was how to convince the cat's mother, Minerva, to let him go play in the Forbidden Forest.

Y...

If Fish had gone mad in the Forbidden Forest, how could he obediently bring him back?

So Dumbledore started making a deal with Fish in advance: "You can only go to the Forbidden Forest when Hagrid is with you, you can't play too long, you have to keep coming to your daily classes on time, and you have to be back at the castle before curfew or Minerva will never let you go to the Forbidden Forest again!"

Dumbledore's scolding went in one ear and out the other.

How would Minerva know? it's been a long time since Minerva caught me!

Like last week, when he got in a fight with that black-robed monster and Fish didn't tell anyone.

Plus, now Fish can summon little critters to help in a fight too....

There was nothing to be afraid of anymore!

Fish thought smugly in his mind.

While Dumbledore and Hagrid were busy cajoling Fish, behind them stood Quirrell with his head down and a mischievous glint in his eye.

If Fish entered the Forbidden Forest, it would be the perfect time for revenge, and now that he had the exact location of the Philosopher's Stone, he didn't need to show any mercy, he could simply kill the bloody boy with the Killing Curse.

"Meow!" ∑≡?Д?)

Fish felt another shiver and turned his head from side to side, looking around.

"What's wrong, Fish?"

Hagrid, who was carrying Fish on his shoulders, was startled by his movement and asked.

"It's nothing...maybe I felt bad."

Having already guessed that the latest unexplained shivering was probably related to the black-robed monster, Fish said perfunctorily, while putting an excited look on his face.

He had been waiting for the black-robed man to return so he could have a good fight!

"If...if...if you don't...need...me...I...I...will go back to my.... my... office!"

Quirrell, who also sensed that Fish's sixth sense was keen, was quick to suppress the malice that had sprung to his mind and bid Dumbledore farewell.

"You've had a hard day, Quirinus, and I wish you good dreams tonight."

Dumbledore smiled and nodded to Quirrell, meaningfully.

When Professor Quirrell left, Fish immediately let out a long sigh of relief, "Stinky bloke's finally gone, meow! He was choking me."

He rubbed his nose and asked Dumbledore, "Bad old man, can't you think of a way to make the stinky guy take a bath? Oh yeah, red-headed No. 2 said he was hiding garlic in his turban..."

Fish said, suddenly lowering his head with a slightly puzzled look, "But, the stinky guy's smell doesn't smell the same as garlic, meow..."

"You're giving me a hard time..."

Dumbledore laughed and rubbed Fish's head before Fish twisted his head and bit his hand.

With a grimace, Dumbledore withdrew his hand and continued meaningfully, "This is Professor Quirrell's choice, I cannot interfere with his personal will."

It was clear that Fish could not have understood the emotions in Dumbledore's words, and his mind had drifted elsewhere before Dumbledore said more.

"Come on, Fluffy, I've got something good to eat!"

Fish ignored Dumbledore and pulled a pile of food out of the magical bag the mean old man had given him and placed it in front of Fluffy.

"..."

Dumbledore was silent for a moment, pulling out a magic bag as well, taking a box of snacks out of it, and shyly approaching with his coy face. "Fish, I've got a bunch of cockroach cones, care to join me?"

"Sure!" ?(●ΦωΦ●)?

Dumbledore sat cross-legged, happily sharing his food with Fish and handing one to Hagrid beside him, "Would you like one?"

"Thanks, but it's not necessary!" Hagrid shook his head, hesitantly, then picked up a salami and popped it in his mouth, "I'll eat them with Fluffy."

He doesn't know how to enjoy life....

Dumbledore shook his head regretfully, very disappointed in Hagrid, and then turned his head back to little Fish, who was chewing the pile of cockroaches to a pulp.

Indeed, this child was born to do great things! I must find a way to get him interested in being Headmaster!

Dumbledore was becoming more and more convinced that Fish was the perfect successor for him.
