Capítulo 22: 22. Breakfast with her.
In the early morning Mo Jingzhi woke up according to his biological clock. He rose from his bed made the bed after washing up a bit he made his way to the gym.
After working out for more than an hour he wiped his sweat went towards the floor to ceiling window . When he glanced downstairs he saw a figure running along the walkway. He kept his gaze on her for a while after sometime the figure disappeared towards the entrance of the building.
Seeing Anna leave the morning scenery felt dull to Mo Jingzhi so he went to take a hot shower one can see through the transparent blurred walls due to steam a manly figure running his hand through his hair his biceps the narrow waist the person looked alluring .
He got into his casual clothes went to the kitchen to make breakfast suddenly he thought of Anna she didn't have any ingredients at home she must call Lu Jinnian again for breakfast he felt sour inside he took out his phone and called Lu Jinnian.
He answered the call in 3 rings ,"Fourth what will miss Ann have for breakfast" .
A low chuckle was heard from the other side "Second brother why are you so concerned have you ever being concerned about a lady like this before?"
he now could really confirm Mo Jingzhi's feelings .
"fourth she is a good friend to you I heard about her habits last night so I am helping her because she is your friend " Again he found an excuse for himself.
"You don't pay attention to her she will find herself something or else she will contact me " he was very interested in teasing Mo Jingzhi .
" I am making breakfast I can make for her too you tell me I don't know country I's food will she eat sandwich " He insisted on making breakfast for her .
" Ok since you insist she will have sandwich I have seen her eat one at times." He was sure about Mo Jingzhi's feelings but he didn't know if Anna the blockhead in love can understand him .
"Thank you Bye " he immediately hung up.
He then made sandwiches for breakfast saw that it was already 8:30 Am took the breakfast next door and rang the doorbell.
It took three minutes for Anna to open the door she saw it was Mo Jingzhi politely greeted him "Mr Mo."
She was slightly surprised to see him so early although he said he would discuss things with her she didn't think he would appear so early.
She looked at him indifferently for a second made way for him " Please have a seat ,would you like some water or coffee maybe ? "
. He gazed at her figure making her way to the kitchen" Lu Jinnian thought you may need help with breakfast so , since I am near you he asked me help you with it , I made some sandwiches , I brought almond milk too if you don't mind let's have breakfast together. " Young master Mo again used Lu Jinnian as his shield .
She handed him a glass of water only then did she notice the food tray on the coffee table she thought it was good for her to know more people now or else her life would be boring.
Also she had heard a thing or two about this business legend it would be quite interesting to know him although she was cold and indifferent she was not a person who would refuse to make friends it was just that she had to be extra vigilant of the people around her .
" Sure , I don't mind " after getting her affirmation Mo Jingzhi went to the kitchen brought 2 plates and dishes he did it so naturally as if it was his own place .
Anna was stunned but she didn't say anything she sat down on the chair was going to serve since was the guest but then she saw him serving both of them pouring milk in both of their glasses handing it to her .
Anna found something amiss but couldn't pinpoint it of course how would our rabbit know the big bad wolf was luring her towards him . But she found this feeling novel it made her heart somehow warm .
After mom and dad although brother loved her a lot they separated immediately, in the army all of them were trained to be independent these little things had to be done by thier own self .
So nobody specially cooked for her served her this feeling made her feel good yet a bit panicky she who has turned fearless felt something like this after a long time , as if this feeling may take her to a new world which could be magical but at the same time there would be a lot of thoughts of losses and gains her emotions would fluctuate continuously of course it was taboo to her .
But she kept forgetting she was free now free to love free to do anything that makes her more happy she was still a bit trapped in past .
