Malo groaned and sat back in her chair, practically having to peel herself from the tan pages of the tome. If she was being honest, the words gave her a headache every time she attempted to pronounce them correctly. 'Acetate', 'silicate', 'vitriol', 'ceration', 'congelation' – Malo would've said they might as well have been in a foreign language, but they were.
The Casterian Empire's Church Sanctorum was the largest benefactor to the advancement of alchemy – ironically enough – and, thus, all the alchemical terms were specifically Casterian in nature.

I know it's been a lot of build up in Volume One, but such is necessary for action packed Volume Two!
In Volume One (Break fo Sanity), there are about three more chapters - possibly four depending upon how eager I am to have Nikolai kill someone ;).
Regardless, I plan on taking a quick break (exact dates TBD) to gather my thoughts, scribble my way to delirium, and start stockpiling so I can make Volume Two hit hard for you lot. Again, we've got a few chapters until the end on 'Break of Sanity', but here's your heads up!
Also, since I was lucky enough to find such support already, I'd love to make an extra for you bunch - to be released after One and before Two. Drop some ideas if there's anything in particular (au or canon) you wish to see :).

P.S. - Don't know why my discord is on the brink, but I'll have a solution before the end of 'Break of Sanity'
