Capítulo 97: Midnight crisis

Chris's eyes fluttered open in the depths of the night, his senses slowly rousing him from slumber. The soft, rhythmic sound of sniffling reached his ears, like a plaintive melody cutting through the silence.

He was confused for a moment, wondering what that was. His groggy brain finally remembered that he wasn't the only one in the room tonight. Someone else was there. And the sound coming from Sky's side of the room. 

The dim glow of the moonlight filtering through the window cast shadows that danced on the walls, creating an eerie yet strangely comforting ambiance in the room.
