Lucas' POV

As I walked into the halls, the first person I noticed was Tiana. She was standing with Grace in the halls and she didn't seem too comfortable with the conversation. Grace noticed me. She gave me what looked like a small smile and said something to Tiana who looked stunned before walking away. Tiana stood for some time watching Grace walk away before she turned slowly towards my direction. I was surprised and a bit embarrassed to be caught staring, that I shifted uncomfortably, but she just stared at me. Today her gaze however wasn't as cold, rather she looked calm, which was what she wanted everyone to see, but underneath that, was that uncertainty?
