"Tara Summer?!" Upon seeing Tara, Madam Yancey's face drained of its color, and Old Master Yancey's expression was none too pleased either.

Tara caught her breath, knowing why the Yancey Clan's elders were reacting this way. Liam Yancey had told her that the two families who held the blood bracelet marrying would inevitably have ramifications for their clans.

She knew Sebastian Kingsley's situation all too well, and so she understood the elders' feelings at this moment.

A lump formed in Tara's throat and she tightened her grip around his waist, pulling him even closer.

Liam Yancey found himself bending down to kiss her forehead. Their intimate actions aroused admiration from everyone in the hall, except for the two Yancey elders.
