Capítulo 20: Chapter 20 - Birth of Sasuke
The scroll that Yuusuke threw to Orochimaru sealed the head of the White Zetsu he met in the cave with Konan and Nagato. For Orochimaru, this was excellent material to study.

Izumi's eyes widened in surprise at first, but then she squinted slyly, "If I'm not mistaken, this is a type of Shurikenjutsu*. If that's the case, I bet your Genma-sempai skills can't match Itachi's!

Genma shook his head and smiled bitterly, "Forget it, I lost." At the same time, his heart was bleeding at the mere thought that he would have to pay for a year's supply of dango. His already thin wallet was about to become even thinner.
"Hee hee hee, I'm just kidding Genma-sempai, you've been helping us with training for so long and we haven't thanked you yet, how about we treat you to dango!" Looking at Genma's dejected look, Izumi smiled happily.
Itachi smiled weakly as he heard Izumi's words, he was glad that the girl didn't pressure him. Genma, in turn, felt relieved upon hearing her words and at the same time was embarrassed.
"Young Master Itachi, the head of the clan asked me to inform you to report to the hospital as soon as possible!" Suddenly, a deep voice rang out near them.
"Father, did you say anything else?" Itachi asked the man sent to deliver the message.
"The lady is giving birth," the man answered laconically.
Hearing the answer, Itachi apologized to Izumi and Genma and hurried to the hospital. Izumi and Genma naturally didn't mind, you can go to eat at any time, but this kind of events do not happen very often in people's lives.
When Itachi arrived at the Konoha hospital, Mikoto's delivery was successfully completed. In a separate room, exhausted after giving birth, Mikoto smiled happily, holding a baby in her arms. Fugaku Uchiha stood next to the bed and smiled as he looked at his wife and newborn son.
"Mom, I'm sorry, I'm late." At that moment, the door of the ward opened and Itachi entered, flustered.
"Itachi, it's a boy, you're a big brother now! Mikoto looked at him with a gentle smile before turning to Fugaku. "You kept it a secret for so long, can you now say what name you decided to give him?"
Uchiha Fugaku leaned over and took the child from Mikoto's arms, then picked it up and said in a voice full of joy, "Sasuke, Uchiha Sasuke."
Mikoto was surprised, "It's a good name, but...".
Fugaku laughed, "Don't worry, I already got Hiruzen's consent." Holding his newborn son in his arms, the man was happy. "Sasuke, live up to that name, grow up to be a worthy man!" After these words, Fugaku laughed happily.
Looking at Sasuke in his father's arms, Itachi decided for himself that no matter what happens, he will take care of his brother, even if it means giving up everything he has! However, the moment Itachi made that decision, an innocent and cute smile of a little girl flashed through his mind.

When Izumi returned home, she saw Yusuke, who was rarely at home in recent days, and joyfully exclaimed, "Brother, you are early today!"
Yusuke turned around and smiled at his sister, who was already rushing towards him. The girl quickly ran up and threw herself into his arms, Yuusuke caught her and laughed: "Sorry, lately I have been busy and did not give you time. How about we take mom and go out to eat?"
Izumi smiled happily, "Fine, then, I want grilled meat!"
"Alright, you can eat whatever you want," Yuusuke pinched his sister's cheek and then asked curiously. "Why are you so early today, don't you and Itachi usually play together for a while after practice?"
"That's usually the case," Izumi nodded, "but today Itachi's mom was taken to the hospital, he will soon have a brother or sister. I am also looking forward to it, I also want to have a little brother or sister," envy could be seen on the girl's face.
Hearing Izumi's words, Yusuke thought, "Sasuke has already been born, and it looks like Naruto will be born soon too, I need to make some preparations. If possible, I hope with my help this time they can avoid their fate."
