Lying on the bed, with eyes fixed on the ceiling, Rowland was feeling uncomfortable. He had this nagging feeling that something was wrong. But he doesn't know what. He had been working so hard so he could go back to home before Cassy would give birth.
He tossed on the bed while sighing. He was sure his father would have called if there was something wrong. But then why was he still having this feeling?
"Why are you looking so troubled?" Della asked, standing up from the bed.
"I don't know Della but it feels like something is wrong, Della. I can feel it and it's connected to Cassy," Rowland said, closing his eyes.
Although Cassy wasn't his mate, he share a deep bond with her that was even more than that of a mate. He had been feeling restless with a foreboding feeling.
